I discovered Bowie shortly after this tour and always kick my ass that I missed this awesome show ( esp since i live in Philly!). But, then again , I was just a kid. The double Live album recorded at Philly's Tower theater just bowled me over! Never missed a tour afterwards, but aside from perhaps the STAGE tour in 1978, nothing held a candle to this! Ohhh, to be in London in the early 70's when he was taking off as Ziggy ...slowly honing his craft , look , and sound. Would have been great
@leonakita Yes! Same situation here. I saw him in Detroit for the Isolar tour in 78, but missed this show. I discovered him in 1973 with Hunkey Dory/Ziggy and Aladdin Sane, but was too young to get tickets to this toue, Where is the DVD from this show???
@ 0:14 stagehand has to come out and press the replay button on the 8 -track player.....then the 'brot, brot, brots' start up again....damn 70s technology!
@kjsh987 No there isn't but there should be. There exists footage (As evidenced by this clip and others here on YouTube) but it hasn't been released officially. The remastered version of the David Live record has been available for a few years now and thats good but ,of course, no video included.
Happy 65th B'day, David Bowie - thanking you for making music time immemorial

@BdALpye Some of us don't have to imagine! Yes, it was a great show! So glad we went!
I remember this song so well!
The best part was when we ran to the front of the stage and watched him sing "Rock and Roll Suicide" right in front of us...looking into our eyes...
What a way to end the night!
Yes, a great show by a great performer!
