Khaddafi once paid 80 million dollars to the King of Morocco to deport a Libyan back to Tripoli...once the deportee plane landed, still on the runway, Khaddafi's goons seized him and ripped his head off with baseball bats, right in front of 60 passengers, then they tossed the body out as the plane was taxiing to the terminal.
