prot warriors are the best tanks to pick up mobs. they are best to be a off tank and pick up adds that come. there stat priority is stamina > armor > mastery > parry>dodge. prot warriors are also superior to prot paladins because they have much more block , victory rush, and shockwave.
Thanks for taking the time to do that, helped me with my warrior alot. its nice to see someone post a video who does not have a screen full of addons that make it look like a compleatly different game. lol
on a side note, people seem to be focusing alot of attention to the talent trees and how to spend tallent points even tho there is little to no variation in any end game talent builds. The new talent trees make it almost impossible to get your build "wrong"...
hey man, great guide! I am using the same rotation as you are but I am having big threat issues :S When I got a rend and a thunder clap on the target I already lose threat. Also, i´m doing 4.5k dps, really low. I reforged my gear into mastery and reforged dodge into parry. Any tips?
@bassieeee7 If you're losing threat off the bat after applying rend + thunderclap, try using Thunderclap and then shockwave. Then use rend/cleave/thunderclap. (Blood And Thunder talent still proc'ing but you still have initial threat)
I don't really understand why you won't spec in Second Wind, yet you spec in Deep Wounds. Tanks shouldn't crit often because you should not have any gear with critical strike rating, so it wouldn't proc very often. Also, if you are stunned, you generate rage and health. That's very useful considering you'll probably lose aggro when you get stunned, so you can get it back immediately.
I'd like to point out that the Impending Victory does NOT reduce the amount of healing of victory rush by 5%. What it does is when it you get impending victory proc, you can use victory rush BUT that victory rush only heals for 5% instead of 20%, but it can be used even without a KB
@DrEvil133 You're quite right, at the end of the day there's only so much you can cover in a 15minite video. If you guys would like to see a 2nd vid in regards to Stat priority/gems/enchants etc let me know and I'd be happy to do it :)
Forgot to mention if my voice seems a little off in this vid it's due to having some problems with my teeth making me sound like I've got a bit of a lisp in places. Anyway hope you all enjoy. :)

I was wondering if getting the glyph for thunderclap that reduces its rage cost is worth it? Because I have it and notice it helps with rage a lot.

@Bbeavii It really is best to get the AOE DOT TPS on mobs as quickly as possible, but I will give what you suggested a go and see. :)

Why do people never go over stat priority, reforging or itemization? That's extremely important as well! D:
