great tutorial but some questions:

1) i registered as a developer and all that stuff but it never asked for a credit number or any sort of payment so i dont think i ever paid. im able to submit apps(i think)but i never got a reply because i never paid i guess.

2) on the new xcode since iOS 4 came out, u cant do anything below 3.0 so i guess that will be a problem but maybe they fixed it by now?

3) also, i hav a pc and i learned devoping with xcode at camp, can you run xcode on pc some how?

@mantasceponis1 First, get the developer's license for $99. Second, develop the app, create a binary with a small and large icon. Third, zip the file and submit for review. In about 1-3 weeks, you should get a reply on whether the app was accepted or rejected.
