Now normally when people do promos i dont bother but seeing as this was a classic i was interested. Dont take this personally but ima do a little bit of constructive criticism. Your performance (both singing and dancing) lacked the Kelly sparkle, you gotta FEEL the music, little bit of tinny sound and maybe remix a bit smoother. But i did like the twist from old to new and such and give this a 4 out of 5 :)

This had tremendous creativity!

CON: The vocals were good but need a bit of refinement. Don't worry, you still can sing, but it seemed that you were straining a bit on a note or two. The "tap" dancing was a good tribute to Gene, but a tad simplistic. SLIGHTLY repetitive.

PRO: Excellent setting, editing. Unexpected and BRILLIANT shift after the lightning bolt!!! You definitely got pop-lock street dancing down good. Way to make it "your own" dance and song. Good choreography.

All I have to say is pretty much the same as everyone else, a little choppy, and you could put more emotion and feeling in. Other than that it was great! The part at the end was a little out there compared to the "traditional" Gene Kelly, but still good.

Not too bad. Some of the beginning is a little off with the timing. U got some good moves and you keep with the traditional style of the song but if you are gonna use the remix a little bit, try not to undertone it with the main song, some parts felt a little jumpy and out of sync. Honestly, I thought you could've been smoother. I didn't feel like you fully expressed the feelings and emotions right. Yes, it's an elegant dance but in order to portray that elegance and classiness, every move must fit together like a chain reaction. It seemed a bit choppy and "robotic".

It seemed like you were just dancing the steps, without enough emotions.

you requested that i put my two cents in as well ok here we go like others have said you started out a lil rough you might want to look at how gene does it and follow a lil closer. the camera was jumping in and out a bit mutch for me . and the transition to the contemporary was good very good editing as well as dancing just work on the begining a bit more. its shall we say .... choppy every thing should flow use the step to your advantage as well. you did an excelent job on this.

You have a really nice singing voice; quite jazzy. The choreography was letting you down a bit though, it seemed too fast at the start and didn't always fit with the music. But otherwise really good, keep it up.

You sounded a bit like a lounge singer near the end of the first verse, and you came in a bit quick at the end of the dancing verse. But I liked it, and the swap between versions was great. My suggestion? Start a little slower on the dancing and gradually work it up; the ending should be the most exciting and bombastic. But all in all... Four out of Five.

It's kinda unpolished, I would consider adding more rain effect for example to cover some of the initial clumsiness.

You asked my two cents as well, so here it is:

-Regarding the 'classic' part: I don't feel that you have that lightness and finesse what it takes to perform such a dance. I think that you... well... don' "feel it". You moves are rather clumsy.

- The step dancing part was way out of sync, kinda ruined the transistion for me. I think it should be left out entirely or try to sync it better.

- The contemporary part is where you shine! This is clearly your cup of tea. I would move in that direction!

I think this is a really good vid, especially since u went from the traditional song to the remix. The blur effect makes it look a little weird, not necessarily bad, and I understand why u put it in, but I think it would look better without it.
