its neither, Its behind the new machinery auction place just on the outskirts of chilliwack. Its pretty asome and I would definatly suggest checkin it out.
@psychopathicsketch It pretty much depends on what kind of a bike you like. The suzuki has amazing handling and bottom end power where the yamaha is more top end. Personaly I havny riden the 2010 yamaha yet but I feel very strongly that the suzuki is a great buy and I have had no problems with it after over 50hrs of use. in the end It all comes down to which dealer will give you the best deal.
I take it your from the states. If your really interested in getting one give desi evans at jim pattison suzuki a call. 604-437-8511 there in burnaby(vancouver) and will definatly give you the best deal out there.
I rode the cr250f on sunday at agassiz and I really liked it. It all comes down to personal preferance there all god bikes. If you like a bike with a lot of bottom end and great turning take the suz. But if you are need to over rev like barcia take the honda. Other than that it pretty much boils down to were you can get the best deal.
@tomasasasasas im 14 and im on a kx250 2 stroke, i ride where jeff horch is riding (Chilliwack, BC) but not in that exact area of the river. deffinatley get a 2 stroke, a 250f is a waste of time
I definatly disagree 250fs are the way to go and are way less of a hasle. plus I garentee you are faster on a 250f compared to a 125. The first day I got a fourstroke I was a couple seconds faster than my 125.
@gregandersen261 compared to my 250f, im alot faster on the 250 2 stroke. I dont know about you but i dont like dropping 3 grand on a motor every year or 2 plus a top end every 6 months. id much rather just do a top end every 5 months gor 300 and be done with it.
@gregandersen261 hahaha, 250f the way to go, naw, and of course a 250f is gonna be faster, one, you have twice the displacement, two, it takes a fast rider to be quicker on the two stroke than the four stroke, four strokes create lazy riders
The bike is definatly well worth the wait. Depending on how desprate you are maby come up here and pick up one. I don't mean to spread rumors and don't quote me on this but I heard from a very reliable source that the bikes might not even come out in the states. Or at least not in numbers. Althougth the way they are selling up here they would be stupid not to introduce them to the states. Just wait it out a little longer. Thanks for the comment please subscribe.
Its asome, the engine is completly diffrent than 2009. Its not just the efi. Although the efi on it is spot on, blows away the kawi, honda or yamaha. The whole feel of the bike is better too. The suspension is a lot more agressive and not as plush also it is way more stable at high speeds. The overall package is better in everyway possible. oh, and also looks sweet.
I worked at the vancouver motorcycle show just recently and got this question a lot. Technically yes it is heavier than the other four manufacturers but its not as much about how much it weights but where the weight is placed on the bike. *Comment continues below*
There is a little thing called unsprung weight. Un sprung weight is the wheels and anything directly connected to them(anything not held by the suspension). Many of the 2010 rmz250s added weight is located under the unsprung weight catagory and therefore adds more stability to the bike. This creats the light bike feeling along with the great handling.
Thanks for your question. If you have any more dont mind asking and please subscribe.
