Hey? Brentford bigger than Orient? In what way? When Orient were a Championship club or higher for at least a couple of decades 60's and 70's. Stadia? No. Away support? NO. Orient's support has dwindled a bit recently but we were averaging close to 5,000 when we were BOTTOM of L2. We averaged over 5,000 last year and will again this year, but for the recession we would be bringing in more than that. Over history The O's have had much better success than Brentford. I think the main reason Brentford are bigger than Orient is the level of support. Brentford have a hardcore home and away following where as Orient have a couple of thousand blokes that turn up when West Aaaam are away.

This is quite sad really. A) because it was 19 years ago and B) most Bees fans have a bit of a soft spot for the Orient. Most of us will always look out for the underdog and admire the way you have punched above your own weight and over achieved for a few years now. I suppose we see you as we would a little brother.

Bees have always been and always will be bigger than O's. Neutrals will agree Bees natural habitat is upper Lge 1 while O's is lower Lge 2. Fact.

We've had a bad spell while O's have enjoyed their most successful few of years in decades but it's all levelling out again now. That's not to take anything away from what you have achieved. We have no problem with the O's but the fact that so many O's fans see Sats game at the Snooker Loopy Ground as their cup final proves the point.
