  • Why in the world can`t people leave these endangered animals alone???!!?? If a silverback was lose anywhere in the USA/Europe what do think it`s fate would be?

  • Wish i could walk into a forest and start eating the trees like a gorilla.

  • @kristalhaai LOL

  • Westerners think they love animals, but wont let the animal be an animal and respect its space, people in Africa and Asia have lived with animals forever and we know more about the animals by respecting them and not turning their habitat into a open air zoo.

God, please save the animals from the white Western people.

  • @yusafzai08 Dont be so racist. Every person is an individual capable of making their own decitions. From what I know tour guides and research to see these sorts of animals in the wild are usualy run by that countrys goverment systems, so intefeering with them comes from within that people. If u want to get racist look at how the Asians kill the wales or how Africans poche species that are allmost extinct. How can you ask God to be racist wats wrong with you.lol

  • there is not attaching here nothing to see

  • lol that silver back was about to fuck him uppppppppp

  • you guys wouldnt have post the video, if that gorilla would in fact attack you

  • Silverback Gorillas will not attack, they will scare the living shit out of you and cause a big scene to create intimidation and protect itself, territory, and family. However, that does not mean that people can just invade their space as if they own the entire planet. Also, the title of this video "attacking" is a bit much. Don't give these animals a bad name because they are quite peaceful to begin with. If you don't want to feel their wrath then don't get to close and have some respect.

  • If someone get into your "home" meanwhile you are eating your meal,

I suppose that anyone can react like that.

  • Leave immediately. Go back to Manhattan.

  • dumb asses

  • leave the damn gorillas alone

  • "a female with a baby came too close to our guide Francis and me."

    You went too close.

  • this is why people get killed and the animal is called crazy

  • why isnt he eating fried chicken?

  • respect the creature that your ARE a stemmed subspecies from, even if you ARE joking.

  • thats what those guys get for entering ther fuckin territory

  • Seems to me these gentle giants usually just warn with their first charge. Almost like saying....ok...that was a warning...now be good or I'll really fuck you up ! Amazing creatures. Too bad we just don't leave them alone.

  • those people are either really stupid or really brave.

  • Considering all the typos in the information box, I'd go with stupid.

  • i think its safe to say that your group was already too close when the mother and baby walked through. like sitting inside a volcano and then it erupts lol. Lucky the big boy didnt make his move sooner and less of an intimidation

  • holy crap that gorilla was close

  • It's really incredible how gentle he was being to hit you without hurting you, he could have just as easily crushed your skull with that swing.

  • but... you're trying to be killed???stupid man

  • He actually warns you first instead of killing you guys off. That's kinda being civilized. For a gorilla.

  • His grunting sounds like he's saying "Nuh uh. Nuh uh. Nuh uh." Kinda like "fuck off I don't think so."

  • wave2100 has sex with gorillas.

  • fVc4FACE is jealous of

    a) gorillas

    b) wave2100

  • Can you people please stop calling Gorilla monkeys.. they are apes... get it right.. oh as for the video... that must have been scary, but I still would have loved to be there, your so lucky

  • they make a weird noise

  • ha "sorry" !

  • the best gorilla videos are the ones where these stupid assholes get monkey stomped for gettin too close. like the grizzly man. leave thesae animals alone, they dont like us. thats why they make bad house pets and awesome shocking videos!!!!!

  • Heh, good point... Sadly, however, it's too late to leave them alone; mankind already knows they exist. And the truth is... we're own worst enemies.

For the people out there that are intent on killing these animals, we need people with good intentions to oppose them. And that means involving ourselves in these animal's lives... unfortunately.

  • @JayDeLart Just kill the people who try to kill them.

  • Once the gorilla is done with the green, he might reap them!!!

  • "a female with a baby came too close to our guide Francis and me"

Uhm... With all due respect, but don't you think it would ve been just the other way around? Or did the gorillas invade your habitat to shoot a video about your life..??

  • before you judge this guy, realise one thing. tehre are 700 mountain gorillas left in this world and if it were not for the money generaed by the tourism that this man is taking part in they would most certainly be extinct. the visis are kept to one hor and you should 20 feet away, but thats not the way it always works out, gorillas are intelligent animals and will obviously investigate intruders. so you should actually thank this guy for continuing the great work that diane started.

  • What I'm saying has nothing to do with wether or not I do respect people that do their best to save nature. Offcourse I do indeed have great respect for people like this, that obviously do a great job. It's just that in my opinion it's not correct to say that the monkey came too close, when people are in gorrilas' teritory at that moment. I still think one can only come too close if he's the one that's not where it instinctly is at that moment. But like I said: I DO respect the work!

  • Please make no mistakes about that! I love watching movies about monkeys in general and gorillas and chimps especially and if I could afford it I would've defintely allready been that guy holding the camera myself. I rest my case now ;)

  • He is right I thank all who help the Great Dian Fossey's work as well As Ms Goodall too (Even though her work is with Chimps)

Gorillas are Gentle Intellgent Giants that are Ment to Be Respected: Im sorry I care for Human Lifes but when you Go into the Wild Gorillas Territory its their Land and They are ment to be Respected.. The Silver Back did what he was doing for his Family to Protect them.. Wether your Friendly or Not..

  • the silverback was just reminding them where the boundries are, with a quick reality slap

  • they shouldnt have got that close its there teritory thats y i think it went for em......

    any way good video =)

  • The gorilla has the right idea.... Never share your green!!!

  • stupid people, they deserved it

  • that god damn thing could rip your arms off

  • he simple got too close to his stash

  • i would like to offer them a load of bananas and see what they do

  • They would rape you.

  • cutty

  • What the hell are you doing so close anyway? Some people think everything on this planet is their toy.

  • @SteveNeptune shut the fuck up

  • @cjtwc7 Excuse me? You got something to say?

  • @SteveNeptune well this planet is not our toy but its a gorilla calm down

  • @cjtwc7 Fair enough

  • Fascinating creature. I would be pissing in my pants if a 500 lbs beast with the strengh of 50 men were charging against me in anger.

  • Them people are retarded...that silverback could literally rip both those people heads off.......and they make these animals look bad by going into their territory and provoking them.

  • word up

thats what im saying and its europeans who do this.. im waiting for a gorilla to punch a hole though these fools heads

  • heh buddy when your friend weighs 250 kilos you dont get to close to any body they get to close to you

  • That was no attack, but a polite request to keep your distance.

If he wanted to attack you, you would have been glad if you woke up in a hospital, or at all, that is.

  • Well, at least it seems to be more efficiently to guide some bumpy tourists close to the gorillas instead of shooting gorillas and selling their skin

  • Damn, you're lucky. Good for you =D. That gorilla would've torn you to pieces in seconds.

  • man your lucky that silverback could tear a human in half

  • I would kick your ass if you were that close me bothering me, don't they get the hint?

  • I gotta agree, don't stick Ur camera in their faces & maybe U might live longer.

  • "a female with a baby came too close to our guide Francis and me."- Dont you mean you got too close to the mother and baby ?

  • I'd be pissed too if a tourist troupe with cameras stepped into my house every day during dinner

  • lol!!!

  • These guys must reeaaallly be gay because they're just begging to get fist-fucked by these gorillas!

  • The gorillas don't seem to be malicious creatures, but even so, one should exercise some level of caution. That guy is lucky he didn't get his dick ripped off.

  • Never mess with Kong!

  • you fucking ass hole, how would you like it if someone pops out of no where while youre taking a shit?! leave thoes bitches alone

  • LOL

  • ROFL!!!

  • "leave thoes bitches alone "- LOL !

  • to think these beautiful creatures are ending up on dinner plates at some wanky up market restaurant ....tossers should put in a cage with a big silverback and taken up the arse

  • ala mdre io ia me hubiera miado del susto xD

  • MONKEY BARZ!

  • you are the animal, not the gorilla

  • leave them alone~!!

  • the word WILD means you leave it alone...you ignorant fool

  • that's pretty amazing of how close you got to that gorilla, goodjob...

  • wow.. you were spared your life.. better count your blessings everyday that your stupidity and the gorilla did not kill u

  • Yeah, too close. I saw mountain gorillas in Uganda and they made us keep a safe 20ft distance at all times.

  • i see what your saying and i dont know much about gorillas but i would think that if pissed of a gorillia could cover 20ft REAL FAST

  • Whether they are scientists or National Geographic reporters it doesnt matter. Theres no reason to be so damn close. Thats what cameras with zoom are for. Its like everyone is trying to be the new Jane Goodall.

  • NO SHIT! There really is no need to get this close to something like a goddamned SILVER BACK GORILLA.

That mother will enter you into a world of pain.

  • by approaching them they become more used to humans, and therefore easier for hunters to find and kill

  • You're asking for it. One day on your little, trek, you'll get torn apart by a male. Then what? Leave them alone.

  • Trust me the Gorilla did not attack him, if it did it whould just be blood and body parts all over

It just got alittle pissed at him and pushed him aside

  • uhhh, cool video......................

  • at about 1:10 u can c he tries to get a close up but the gorilla acted like they was paparazzi and almost smashed his camera

  • Horrible Camera work

  • dumb krauts

  • You don't know if they were tourists. They could have been scientists studying their habitat and looking for ways to protect the gorillas.

  • Dumbass!

  • maybe dont come standing a foot away from these animals in their habitat. Just stay the fuck away and leave them in peace. Disturbing them for tourist purposes seems as bad as anything else to me

  • You wrote; "A female with a baby came too close to us". I think YOU came to close to the group of that gorillas and irritate them.

  • and the purpose of this was...???

  • Was wollt ihr von Gorrilas? Das ist ihre Revier...Verpisst euch

  • Title was slightly misleading. That gorilla didn't 'attack' you. You would probably be dead had it attacked you, it was simply telling you to fuck off.

  • Lmao.

  • leave the gorillas alone

  • Wenn eine Gruppe von Leuten in meine Wohnung kommen würde, um mich beim Essen zu filmen, dann wäre ich aber nicht so geduldig und harmlos wie diese Gorillas.

  • Wow your a lucky guy to be able to post this shit

  • You're lucky you didn't run...that silverback would have taken you out.

  • I'm glad you didn't get hurt. Mountain Gorillas are amazing and gentle creatures, they just need their space... unfortunently poachers are killing them, and as human habitation expands, the gorillas have less places to live.

LoL, I think Francis was the same guide for MTV's WildBoyz when Chris Pontius and Steve-o visited Rawanda. They had a close call for getting near a baby too!

  • can u hear the guy in the background u can here him grunting lol like 50 times

  • ummmm video of the ground with the sounds of angry gorillas.. blah

  • Man, that thing can rip your arms off and beat you to death with them in about 10 seconds!

  • Fortunately this one was too lazy :P

  • Like most things in the wild, just leave well enough alone, or get get used as a wiffle bat. ;p

  • They almost got hurt. They're lucky that gorilla did not go APE! (har har)
