@amjadjjj just to let u know oil prices are not stable in the 90's oil was less than 30 dollars a barrel , 5 years ago it was 120 a barrel , there budget is not as stable as u think , and in the 70's prior to the oil embargo oil was around 15$ a barrel with only 20 % of saudi's current capacity and the saudi's suffered an economic slump in the 80's so do some research before you comment on poeple who whether you like or not are smarter and better educated than and frankly more succesful :)
