only had to change the publish options and make sure the destination path is correct and saved.

also the html file it created didnt show the flash object with firefox but it showed up when i opened the html woth internet-explorer.

All my sounds are from either google or I cut them out of songs & movies on my own with audacity.

Yup get a program called Audacity(it's free) and you can record sound straight from your computer with it and cut up the audio. Youtube is probably one of the best places to find soundclips.

Also Macromedia Flash is really easy to torrent. I got a copy off of mininova and it was very easy to install.
