Friday Nights was a great general entertainment program and a good companion to Conan O' Brien's Late Night. I loved Rita's movie reviews and the music videos. Pity that it was canceled and then retooled into a boring stand-up comedy show.
Hey I agree with all of you. I loved this show on Friday Night. It was doing great back in 2000, with all the votes on the up-coming videos. I remember Rita saying they had record votes on the videos. Then like 6 weeks later the show was canceled. I could not believe it.
Yes, Friday Night was a great show. I couldn't wait to get home just to watch it. I hate that I missed the last episode and NBC cancelled it. Rita Sever was a hottie, just one of the reasons why I watched the show.

I miss this show so much, Rita was hilarious.. I'd stay up so late to watch it, or use my VCR (YES! VCR) to record it. Memories.
