Don't know who controls the rights to this but I would encourage you to negotiate for use in a movie or series movie(s), I can see this in a Blaxploitation or retro setting. I can see this as an entrance song for Michael Jai White or Max Julian or Eddie Griff or Samuel L. et al.
This was never actually released back in the mid-seventies (It's on the Hip-O-Select singles compilation 'James Brown The Singles Vol. 9 1973-1975' that was released a few months ago), and it is good, but I definitely prefer 'Stone To The Bone' from 1974 which was also pressed as 'Stoned To The Bone'. Same music was used on the 1975 song 'Your Love' from the 1975 James Brown album 'Everybody's Doin' The Hustle & Dead On The Double Bump'. Horribly idiotic album title but great album musically!

And Hip-O printed the first batch of cd covers with the wrong time-frame. The first batch said, "1973-1974", instead of "1973-1975".
