You can see the driver get ejected and slide forward and across the highway. Pay attention to the large mass that crashed down to the right of the car's impact against the bridge pillar. Local news stories in Ohio confirmed that was in fact the driver flying across the road. Notice a vehicle that had to brake quickly to avoided running into him. A state trooper reported it was a good thing he was ejected, otherwise he would have been killed for certain if still in the seat.
