You mean the font? It was a bit unclear to me. You should take a look at dafont, it's a great site where you can download a lot of fonts for free. It's all categorised, so you should have no problem with finding a font like this one.

@FuNkY33333 You can use your pen tool to make a selection. Just make a shape, close it, right-click and hit 'Make Selection'. In the dialog box that pops up you can adjust the softness of the edges and stuff. But in this case, just hit OK.

@tobiejassie i tried but it doesn't work.. look now first of all i go with you're steps right, then when i go control + left click on the T icon the letters are appeared. Then i go rasterize layer and i go with the pen tool... i'm making a selection but it isn't that what i want. i want glossy like this tutorial video but i can't understand it. Yours is very good but i want different shape.
