I think the reason Cinderella doesn't know that Charles and Prince Charles aren't the same person is because she doesn't suspect the Prince would lie all the time and steal from the royal vineyard like Charles did. She did catch him after all and, in her mind, if he was the Prince why would he steal from his own vineyard? Also if you notice, Cinderella never really sees Prince Charles's face. He always has his back to her or he's at a distance. To her, maybe he's just a look-a-like. Like Marcel.

no because he believes in true love, not for convience. She wants the Prince Charles to be happy. She doesn't know that Charles is the prince. She's just a loving kind person who believes everyone should be happy.
