My vizsla hates the ocean. I don't know why. Shes loves the bath, and mud holes haha. Anyone know what good foor for them is? Shes just over a year, she eats three times a day @ 8oz per serving. Shes FAT! I feed her Pro Plan beef and rice large adult breed food.

@pooterpie1986 We feed our Vizsla NutriSource for small/medium dogs, but everything I've read says that if changing food doesn't help, give your pup more exercise! Sounds like you need to put a 5k on your training calendar. ;)

Very strange that vislas don't seem to be the strongest swimmers. Your video shows the same style of swimming as my in-laws' visla. She swims well with her front paws but her back paws do not seem to be in time. Our weimeraner swims very well with all four in contrast.

Too cute! I have a similar video of my Vizsla pup playing in the bathtub. In fact we have to lock him out of the bathroom when we take a shower because he wants to jump right in!

@mkb1115 Ha, we just let our pup "eat" the water while we shower. It's too cute! I keep her out while there's soap in the water, but man, she just loves it! :)

Funny. Sometimes my vizsla tries to catch the water splashes when he swims... So, instead of swimming he just starts a big commotion in the middle of the pond... I'm always scared hes going to forget hes in the water and sink!

We have a Vizsla mix - she's afraid of water! Our purebred Vizsla that died almost two years ago was afraid of water, also. He fell into a pool when he was a puppy. But we love them!

i member when my vizsla used to be a puppy :[ she's old now!! lol!! only 7 but the doc says she has age spots. poor may. i love the vid it's cute. no one relizes how cute and precious and just plan silly vizslas can be!
