this was when they were 5 months old, so that rooster is only half grown. My big boy topped out at 22 pounds.

i just got 11 partridge cochins chicks. do you know how to tell male from female by coloration?

my male was lighter. the hens were dark brown and black, where as my male was tan in spots with a mohagany brown

they're pretty quiet yes. I mean the roosters do crow, but the hens arent loud.
