(Just joking, I just happened to find about this movie and its trailer here on YouTube. My account was created earlier than the "TheFrenchGuyMovie" one)
I cannot believe Carly Pope is in this.I love her from the t.v. series "Popular" that used to air on the WB chanel and Family untill it got kicked off. There's a protest to bring it back to Family but theres only 250 votes.:P
Tense and witty, The French Guy will have you stuck to the edge of your seat for its duration. You'll laugh and suffer through Elisabeth's (Chula) worst nightmare come true. Fleming provides a hilarious, yet provocative meditation on violence from a female perspective within the context of middle/upper class North America. The French Guy is like Harold and Mod, gone way south

I enjoyed The French Guy so much, I went to see it twice during the Toronto Film Festival. The movie is both hysterically funny and incredibly horrifying. In one especially bizarre cinematic moment, I grabbed the knee of the stranger sitting next to me. She didn't seem to mind, she was so convulsed with laughter/horror herself. But this is more than just a comedy. It's actually a very smart and thought-provoking film.
horrible!!!!!!!!!!! really bad acting and the director looks like a diseased chink.
