Digimon, unlike Pokemon, have a storyline and well developed characters, more awesome music, animation and transformations, they are more powerful and the characters have reasons to fight, in Pokemon, they just fight because they want to get more pokemons and win tournaments, thats why Digimon is better

If my memory serves me right, it's believed that the pokemon were originally from space according to one of the earlier episodes of the anime. But the again, that fact is most likely uncanon.

pokemon is better. takes more skill to evolve a pokemon than to evolve a digimon.

You're actually correct on that. Pkmn evolve more in a rpg fashion (e.g. defeat monster, get 100 Ex + 9 gold; monsters get harder along the way) while Dgmn evolve based on the power of friendship/love/etc on their own will and can revert back. The newer dgmn series uses more of a "combine monsters"/super robot (see Golion, Getter Robo, and Dairugger XV) fashion of becoming more powerful.

Anyhow, this video is not suppose to be taken literally and I hope you realize that.
