that may be true however the make up of water is h20. and carbon dioxide is co2. element from one another may bind and will result in a new compound or substance. the speaker made a mistake saying water has carbon in it . if this is true then the result would be some other compound or material product formed. disolved carbon in h20 is not water as we know of. it is carbonic acid h2co3.
