No. I prefer 1 personally. It's just got more depth to it so there's more to get out of it. It's a lot more frustrating though. You can sit there and waste 2 hours on a single level and not get all the items.

I enjoy two because it the jedi and sith have different powers, and the gun people can dodge moves, and punch, also with the better extras. YOU should try the debug menu for Lego Star Wars 1.

The Debug Menu, is a sort of thing, where YOU can go to any place like Super Smash Bros Melee YOU can go to the Hyrule Maze(adventure Mode stage) with four players. Now imagine in Lego Star Wars 1 YOU could join the gungans in there bubble. And That indeed is possible.

I can't remember the exact name but there's an option to use extra characters that is bought at the store and selected in the menu before you go into a level. In certain levels it will do weird monsters like that, most noteably in the first level with the skeleton and various droids.

On a extra: called extra toggle. YOU also can be an At-At stormtrooper, a mouse car, a wombat, and all sorts of things, buy extra toggle and use it. Then push the buttons on your controller in free play mode too change your characters.

The gesture I make for Star Wars Lego 2 is 2 fingers for "2". I don't know of any culture that considers this to be a rude gesture.

3 things. 1. the podrace did suck a ton. 2. I think LS 2 is probably way more fun (except for the parking lot battles. And 3. the ship levels are not actually that boring. That's what I think honestly.
