how about giving your audience some of that adobo? lol. looks mouth-watering. That's the way tagalogs (people in central luzon) cooks their adobo. But some people in the visayas region (i'm one of them!) cook it differently.

my style: I pre-mix suka and toyo in a bowl, put in two or three crushed bawang, dip the chicken and roll them so the condiments gets evenly absorbed, add a little ground paminta, heat the little oil in a pan, and then pour everything out from the bowl into the pan. :)
