Note: Her plan failed, at least with russell. Russell didnt vote coach off. All the girls except jerri voted coach. So Sandras first real move was a failure.
@Flamelord325 Did you even watch this video? Her plan was to ensure that she and Courtney made it out of TC alive. Oh wait, they did. Looks like her plan was a success to me.
@Flamelord325 Thats because his alliance + courtney and sandra's votes were enough to send coach home, so he just voted with him so that he wont feel betrayed by russell
@Flamelord325 From what I observed here was that Courtney stayed (Sandra's plan worked) so the next tribal council she had a shot. The Sandra... I don't know... WON THE GAME FOR THE SECOND TIME? Something like that. :\
@Flamelord325 Russell didn't vote for Coach because he didn't want to piss Jerri off and have her flip alliances. He organized the vote that Parv and Danielle vote for Coach and he votes for Courtney so Coach would still go.
@Flamelord325 russell did'nt vote coach because he was trying to win coach' jury vote,he already knew he had the numbers to send him home.....gr8 strategy!
This was actually a massive turning point in the game. If Courtney had gone home instead of Coach, the Heroes wouldn't have assumed that there was a female alliance. Going into the merge, JT would still have his idol and Parvati would only have had one idol instead of 2. It would've been a 5-5 split and the villians would've been more likely to flip than the Heroes.
@SuperJude i meant in this game hero vs villians and she did not win the second game at that time yet (which you should have known) and i have not seen her first game nor will i ever (because i dont want to go to sleep now) but during this game she barley did shit other than whine and complain and she won because the jury liked her social game and were still mad about russel getting into the final 3
@wildfast88 But Survivor is a social game; hence why she won. She played the best overall game in Heroes vs. Villains. If you can get to the end, but can't convince the jury to vote for you, then you don't deserve to win. Period.
@TreeHillMusic so what if you get to the end, but your overall game was shitty, but you still somehow convince the jury that you deserve to win, sure you will win the game because you have convinced the jury but you don't deserve to win the game because your overall game was horrible. Sandra played a HORRIBLE overall game but she played a better social game (in the jury's opinion) than paraviti and russel.
@wildfast88 That's my point. She played a better social game, and Survivor is a social game. Parvati and Russell never gave two thoughts about the final vote. Overall, Sandra played better because she was able to pull it all together at the end.
@TreeHillMusic 3 My point is she didn't deserve to win. when you look at Russel and Parvati they spent the whole game in an alliance and voting off people one by one while sandra sat back and complained of how she wanted Russel to be voted off but she never did it, and btw why couldn't she vote Russel? when Russel brought her to the end she goes off in the jury saying how much she tried during the whole game but she didn't try as much as Russel and Parvati. Sure she won but she didn't deserve it
@wildfast88 That's not true she didn't sit back she tried to make those dumb dumbs see what was happening and NONE of them listened to her. Just because her plans didn't work out doesn't mean she sat back, she was constantly trying things and that's why she won. Those sitting on the jury didn't listen to her when she gave them ample opportunity to and that's why they lost and that's why as well they voted for her to win. There was no bitterness towards her from them.
@mohawk393939 I think Rubert listened to her. And when you say she was constantly trying things does that mean that the other players were doing anything? Everyone was trying different things to go to the end and thats not why she won. She tried to get their attention before it was to late but did she? No. She said she tried to get Russel out but did she? No. She may have not sat back but she didn't do many successful things until the end. I know how she won but she didn't deserve it.
@wildfast88 its not her damn fault that the heroes betrayed sandra @ 3 separate times POST-MERGE. and she STILL survived after her entire alliance was wiped off + getting betrayed. sitting back and letting the bigger personality fight for power is a legit strategy. if ure so good why dont u go try and win survivor twice?
@wildfast88 it makes sandra all the more impressive that Sandra could survive even when her entire alliance was wiped out. you gotta remember, if it weren't for tyson's stupidity, parvati +russell wouldve gone home. and its only so much that sandra could do if it weren't for JT's gullability to believe that there was a female alliance. sandra played yes not a very exciting game, but a smart risk-minimizing UTR game that will forever be underrated because its simply "not entertaining for tv"
And that video is the reason Sandra's 2 for 2...say what you want about her physical game, but she's got one hell of a social game, which is why she got 6 out of 7 votes the first time, and 6 out of 9 votes the second time
People say sandra didn't deserve to win, but she really was a survivor. she did a lot to get to the end. all parvati did was flirt. russel did a lot, but he was too cocky. he was just lucky his season didn't air before this one cuz he woulda been out first. he thinks he's so good at this game and hes always in control, but hes got nothing on the real survivors.

this wht i hate about sandra..put a bug inside russel's ears about coach?..then,russels tell his alliances..and they also believed it..conclusion:coach is out..so,the real criminal here is sandra..if she doesn't slander and make up stories, coach would be taking up her place..man,if u are not good enough, then y must u kill the other person hopes and dreams.
@atiksful ya because most of the cartoons I used to watch tought me that its ok to lie, cheet, and break promises in order to win $1 million. seriously?
@atiksful that's part of the game. She can read peoples body language and when she does lie everyone else think its her brute honesty because she always states her opinion. She needed to save herself and that's what she did and it worked. If you played wouldn'y you would most likely do the same thing, wouldn't you? Most would I think.
@atiksful Yeah, she should've deal with the fact that she either lies and manipulates or goes home and she should've gone home. Dude, if you can stay in the game, and still have a chance to win, you do what you have to. No one came there to lose. And besides that this game is designed to make only one player's dreams and hopes. What difference it makes? Sandra is a genius. She CAN really play the game.
@SuperJude I love you SuperJude, I can never say enough how great your videos & comments are. Russell only ever watched season 16. He isn't a fan of the game like he claims to be. He I think said he admired Hatch. He probably thinks that Hatch used idols to get his way to the top, and that he decieved his own alliance to dispose of when needed. Any person ever is a bigger Survivor fan than he is.
Russel's such an idiot... he plays with emotions completely.. uses threats to 'manipulate' people... and thats all he does, minus finding his easy-to-find hidden immunity idols; in a season without them, he'd never survive past merge.
Russell's ego destroyed him twice in a row. He's probably one of the worst players to play when it comes to winning. The jury is a part of the game and if you have to claim that it's a flaw it just shows how much you don't understand the game.
"He don't know how to play this game." Sandra hit the nail on the head.
Sandra was my favorite villain...I love how she is able to outsmart Russell...its awesome...she will go against him any chance she can even later on stating it to his face...yet she was never voted off as normally with Russell if you go against him your out of the game..hehehe...she also uses his weaknesses against him....for example his massive ego and pride...she deserved to be in the final three
@jbauer72 See? A large number of big moves does not make you a better player than one who makes a single smart subtle move. Just tell the little troll someone's gunning for him and he'll send that guy packing without bothering to question your motives.
@solejoeyaol Russell did make all the massive moves but he was about as subtle as a sledgehammer and showed nobody any respect. Sandra had the ultimate reason to win - she offered the heroes chance after chance to change their fate in the game and none of them would listen making themselves all responsible for their own demise. She couldn't be held responsible for that and therefore won.
@solejoeyaol The only crybaby here is Russell. If he can't be bothered to respect the very people who'll decide his fate, why the hell should they give this scorched-earth asshole the respect he thinks he's entitled to?
No wonder during the Final Tribal, he was either ignored or lambasted by the jury. That does not make a winner. More like weiner.
Isn't it funny that Russell always praises himself and thinks he's in control of the game, and says things like, "You're against me, you go home!"
Yet Sandra only has to whisper to him and he believes what she says. Russell thinks she's weak and easy to beat, but maybe he has forgotten Sandra has already won in Pearl Islands for playing exactly how she is playing now, under the radar but making subtle moves that will save her every tribal council.
It makes me laugh when people think that Sandra is responsible for Coach's exit. Apperently you are not watching the show closely enough or watching the secret scenes. It was Russell's decision to get rid of coach to create the appearance of an all girl alliance. Coach's exit had zero to do with Sandra. Russell's vote for Courtney was a throw away vote to keep Jerri in the fold. The all-girl hoax was created after the Heroes claimed that it appear that the Villans had one.
What makes Sandras lines work so well is how blunt she is in every other circumstance. Sandra never holds back whats on her mind, from calling Coach out at Tribal Council to complaining about how Russell needs to wash his ass. So when she slips in some deception, everybody assumes its her usual brutal honesty.
Ok guys. I get it now. Russell wanted to both get on Jerri's good side by making his vote, and for (possibly) getting coaches vote for the jury.
