Just saw something similar to this on Morgan Freeman's Wormhole show; the impact on the REGs was scientifically demonstrated. I used to believe this stuff was crazy but now with a scientific perspective (vs. a purely religious/new age perspective), its all starting to come together for me now.
it's so true that what you cannot see is influencing your reality. remember that this could also be others around you who are harboring ill will or purposely thwarting your success. prayer is the only way to clear away negative thoughts other than your own. most negative events are not what you want but what someone is wishing upon you, so always try to protect yourself from that before they succeed in making your life hell.

Yeah, right. I've noticed in these "feel good" videos that the people are almost always young and beautiful. I've never seen fat ugly people enjoying themselves. @Mrgruffy44 that knowing of nothing good is a negative thought, when one thinks in that way one is not thinking in a positive way, some advice for you mate: allow good things to happen, and appreciate them when they do!
@Mrgruffy44 The whole video explains that good is a result of positive thinking. If it hasn't worked with you maybe it's because you are around people that are poisoning your environment or thoughts with their negative actions or words.

As far as healing and the mind go, I know it works.. When I think about the words "healing mode" my body automatically RESPONDS IN A RELAXED WAY, if I add the words "feel the life force" I feel relaxed energy coming up my spine. The more I do it the better I feel. If I focus on a certain body part thinking "healing mode" I feel a positive sensation on that body part .If it's injured I can focus on that area with healing intentions, mentally go into the injury and it heals faster! IT WORKS!
I would really like to find something more solid to believe in. It's very hard for me to think positive after all I'm in constant pain. Our Gov has most Doctors afraid to give you anything for pain. If, we could get rid of all the hate, crime, love of money, etc..this world would be a much better place. If, you get off to a good start in life you have a chance to do so much more with it. I'm in very poor health and I can't think my way out of it. JMO
@sauroman1 No they didn't, no scientific study of these crystals has ever been conducted, but there is some evidence to suggest that the person who conducted the original study pick and chose the results he liked best. It didn't work out too well though. He claimed that the water with the crystalline structure was the purest or "best", but actually those structures need dirt particles to form. It's actually the less aesthetically pleasing structures that make for better drinking water :P

I always thought that the collapsing of the wavefunction was dependant on consciousness.. But then I am more spiritual than scientific.. I guess the difference is spiritual perception tends to gravitate towards compassion while those who adopts a purely scientific approach tend to gravitate towards indignation of whatever opposes their view..

As much as I would like to believe that positive thought and gentle music can change the crystalline structure of ice crystals, I cannot agree with it. The experiments done by masari emoto has been found to be carried out poorly and when reconstructed under double blind situations, totally incorrect and unfounded. I dont think we should just forget it though. As the studies performed by Rupert Sheldrake have shown under strict conditions that there is alot more to physics than is currently known

I think this demonstrates how little people in general understand Quantum theory. It does not state that when people observe something it changes. It states that when something is observed it changes. This term "observing" does not mean to be looked at or even noticed by humans. It means to be "observed" by its environment. The reason that we change things by looking at them is because in order to look at something photons must hit it, which change it. It's the environment changing it, not us.

@pkc1001 Yes I know we are part of the environment. But it is not our thoughts that influence particles at a quantum scale, I have never seen evidence to support that. When you measure particles their nature changes, yes, but that has nothing to do with human observation. You can get a robot to measure a particle and its nature will change in exactly the same way as if a human does. The reason measuring something changes it is simple: how do you measure/observe things? Hit it with other things.

The Heisenberg uncertainty principle states that the more you know about a particles position, the less you know about it' momentum, and vice versa. The observer effect states that when a physical system is observed the act of observing it changes its physical nature somehow. The observer effect does not imply human consciousness. To do so would be to make a claim that is not backed up by any evidence. This video is simply a lie.

These videos are great, but the background music has GOT to go!! I'm trying to watch the video while my roommates sleep, and the narrator is drowned out by the music, so I have to turn the volume down not to wake up the roommies. Obviously our senses, taste, smell, hearing and touch are "devices" used by our brain to "interpret" our surroundings. Our conciousness, exists both connected to and outside of the senses and is, in my opinion, what gives us the ability to discern meaning from the experiences of our senses. @helenasophiahi Sorry, but Dr. Emoto isn't a real doctor comparatively by standards. You can read his wiki page. Also, different scientists have attempted to replicate Dr. Emoto's experiments, and failed miserably. This left the scientific community with less than provable data that his experiment works.. I truly believe in his water experiments, and can cite a dozen others. However, there is yet to be any scientific consensus that mind creates/influences matter. Pity...

As far as healing and the mind go, I know it works.. When I think about the words "healing mode" my body automatically RESPONDS IN A RELAXED WAY, if I add the words "feel the life force" I feel relaxed energy coming up my spine. The more I do it the better I feel. If I focus on a certain body part thinking "healing mode" I feel a positive sensation on that body part .If it's injured I can focus on that area with healing intentions, mentally go into the injury and it heals faster! IT WORKS!

I would really like to find something more solid to believe in. It's very hard for me to think positive after all I'm in constant pain. Our Gov has most Doctors afraid to give you anything for pain. If, we could get rid of all the hate, crime, love of money, etc..this world would be a much better place. If, you get off to a good start in life you have a chance to do so much more with it. @sauroman1 No they didn't, no scientific study of these crystals has ever been conducted, but there is some evidence to suggest that the person who conducted the original study pick and chose the results he liked best. It didn't work out too well though. He claimed that the water with the crystalline structure was the purest or "best", but actually those structures need dirt particles to form. It's actually the less aesthetically pleasing structures that make for better drinking water :P

As much as I would like to believe that positive thought and gentle music can change the crystalline structure of ice crystals, I cannot agree with it. The experiments done by masari emoto has been found to be carried out poorly and when reconstructed under double blind situations, totally incorrect and unfounded. I dont think we should just forget it though. As the studies performed by Rupert Sheldrake have shown under strict conditions that there is alot more to physics than is currently known

I think this demonstrates how little people in general understand Quantum theory. It does not state that when people observe something it changes. It states that when something is observed it changes. This term "observing" does not mean to be looked at or even noticed by humans. It means to be "observed" by its environment. The reason that we change things by looking at them is because in order to look at something photons must hit it, which change it. It's the environment changing it, not us.

When you measure particles their nature changes, yes, but that has nothing to do with human observation. You can get a robot to measure a particle and its nature will change in exactly the same way as if a human does. The reason measuring something changes it is simple: how do you measure/observe things? Hit it with other things.

The Heisenberg uncertainty principle states that the more you know about a particles position, the less you know about it' momentum, and vice versa. The observer effect states that when a physical system is observed the act of observing it changes its physical nature somehow. The observer effect does not imply human consciousness. Wow, it is so uplifting. After watching this video, I feel great and a sense of connection of things around me. Things that are normally irritating me just seemingly become inert. Thanks a million. I fell blessed to be able read, to think, to understand and appreciate everything around me.

Dear yellowhue30, you have hit the nail on its head. You are very right. But explaining what you have just said would be difficult. i have always believed that the thought that come into one's mind comes from the creator. Now whether you want to call the creator GOD or anything else is your choice. We see something and we give it a name. In fact i believe that "life is being lived through us".

@helenasophiahi Sorry, but Dr. Emoto isn't a real doctor comparatively by standards. You can read his wiki page. Also, different scientists have attempted to replicate Dr. Emoto's experiments, and failed miserably. This left the scientific community with less than provable data that his experiment works.. I truly believe in his water experiments, and can cite a dozen others. However, there is yet to be any scientific consensus that mind creates/influences matter. Pity...
