Barack Obama is as black as he feels. He has black father, black wife and two black kids. You can say whatever you want, the fact remains that even one/fourth (25%) makes one black, for black gene is dominant to show in physical appearance

It seems blacks only consider whites more as point of argument, if one is mix between native indian and black, then that person qualifies to be black, but when the mix is with white then they raise the value giving it more attention. Personally, I do not.

Barrack Obama is a mulatto. Many Black Americans/African-Americans are not completely of Sub-Saharan African ancestry. The average Black person in America is 15-25 percent White, although that will decrease as there are less Whites and more Blacks in America. That is a huge reason for the difference in IQ between American Blacks and Blacks in other places.
