  • noone will ever be more natural a player as kobe........oh wait, I forgot mj

  • KOBE WHO????

  • @CorpusCallosal Judging by his performance in the finals, lebron needs to convert to Jordanism.

  • lol at the announcer's reaction to the buzzer beater:

    he did it again.

it's almost as if he's seen this too many times...oh wai

  • @123Therapist ge's the hawks commentator.

  • @JSTAT1006 he's.*

  • The one thing I have always liked about MJ is his reactions to hitting game winning shots. He doesn't dance around like a fool or beat himself on the chest. He acts like a true professional should.

  • @umtigers350 They are pumped thats why most people do that..

  • Lebron disliked this video.

  • @BIGBOSS1983100

why lebron? That dude practically worships MJ.

  • How can anyone watch this video and think there was anyone better than MJ? He did stuff like this on a regular basis. After a while, you came to expect it. There is not a soul in the NBA right now that can touch him.

  • he did it again lol

  • Kobe sucks he got swept what fools to say kobe is better...ive been arguing with people all year on all these kobe vs jordan videos...how can a championship team with the same players get swept...horrible...and kobe actually thought about coming back from 3 down to the mavericks...later laker dynasty and kobe cant reach jordans number 6...what a shame

  • Isn't he traveling at 0:17 when he went up for the lay up?

  • Jordan = greatest player ever.

  • why am i not surprise?

  • its been a year since anyone has posted, and Jordan is still the best!!!

  • Awww.... poor Lenny Wilkins has been on the wrong end of so many of MJ's most memorable games, and buzzer beaters from the 69 points, to THE SHOT in 89 and THE SHOT II in 93.

  • ... he did it again.... *le sigh...*

  • :44 double dribble

  • @20 sec is that a 3 step lay up?

  • 4:49 - Another one for the memory bank.

  • Are you kidding me?

    Kobe=

NBA record most game winners missed. NBA record worst shooting % as a finals MVP. He delivered the worst performance as a finals MVP in history! Kobe never was the main factor in his team like MJ. Before it was Shaq, now it is Gasol. (Stats prove it!)

As MJ played 15 seasons, Kobe would need 4 more MVPs, 4 more finals MVPs, 10 consecutive scoring titles, 1 DPOTY and more... all during the CURRENT season. It is literally impossible.

Kobe = Most overrated player ever

  • jordan is basketball end of story

  • Comment removed

  • the announcer just said, "He did it again" like he wasnt suprised

  • Comment removed

  • Look at 3:32 at no.32 at the paint .He pulled mutombo to give jordan a dunk..

  • @macoy346 star players have those benefit

  • this is just amazing really...nobody can stop jordan...has all the moves and tricks....best in the clutch.....ever!....the highest of basketball IQ...

everyone wants to be like mike...what an incredible basketball player

  • can someone tell me why had he number 23 at the beggining of his carrer, the 45 and the 23 again? sorry bout my english, but i want to know that :)

  • @tutubapo When he retire in 1993, the Bulls retired his #23 jersey. So when he came back, he couldn't wear that number. So he wore his #45 number from baseball. But during the playoffs against the Magic he switched back to #23, but the NBA fined him for it. Eventually, the league stopped fining him.

  • @MIKESOWELL thank you :)

  • Comment removed

  • @MIKESOWELL

Actually, when MJ came back he could have worn #23, but he chose to wear #45 instead to signal a new beginning. During the playoffs against the Magic, Nick Anderson said "45 isn't as good as 23". MJ got pissed, switched back to #23 and lit the Magic up for 38 points in the next game. The only reason MJ was fined was because he didn't notify the league of his number change.

  • @cooljjjj Yeah you are correct...

  • Just on buzzer beater game winning shots alone, MJ is the GOAT.

  • LOL at Blaylock collapsing when the last shot goes in.

Hawks would have been better with Smith 1 on 1. When Blaylock runs at MJ, he gets in Smiths way and MJ drives right at him.

  • I love how the announcer wasn't shocked at all!

  • thats poor d how u let him get to the rim so easily

  • 3:35 dirty play by Pippen :(

  • I love how the announcer is just like "yup, he did it again." A buzzer beater to win the game from MJ wasn't even a big deal anymore.

  • @Mozac

i was about to do the same comment...incredible...

  • Were lucky to have live in a Time to see Jordan, he was all will always be the Best! MY favorite thing about him he always gave Props to the Guys before him "Elgin Baylor' Russell, Cousey, DJ J, Kareem , Oscar Robinson, Etc. Hes up there with Babe Ruth, ALI, Sugar Ray Robison, Jesse Owens, Mickey Mantle, Etc. True Legend, thats still alive cause usually a Person this Legendary are usually not with us no More. Props!!

  • you have to play this game to realize how hard that last shot really was

  • LOL@ The announcers at the end doesnt even sound Hyped or surprised. Typical Jordan nothing new. Game winner here Game winner there Game winner in his bed

  • @winhawk23 I love if you watch harper and pippen, they didnt even react after he hit the winning shot. Its like they expected it.

  • @flopdanuts23 thats the difference between Jordan and everyone else. You did expect it to go in, ever single time. Never been a clutch player with Michael's credentials, even Kobe pales in comparison.

  • Jordan is a basketball genius but he travels or double dribbled at 0.41

  • @falconcourt500

With what rules? FIBA rules? LOL. He didn't travel at 0:41.

  • @Crocodile2345 FIBA rules that's a good one, LMAO but watch when Harper gets the rebound he passes to Jordan he collects the ball with his left hand dribble once and then hold the ball with two hands, fake and dribbles again & shoot , ain't that a travel?

  • @falconcourt500 Oh you meant that ok i thought about the fake. Well in that case i think it's an obvious travel if he touches the ball initially, but in fact i think he does not touch it and it lets it fall without touching his hand! It's hard to see it but i think it's a good illusion that makes us think he touched it. But perhaps i'm wrong and he touched it, no big matter anyway. :-)

  • Jordan is a basketball genius but he travels or double dribbled at 0.41

  • fade away, fall away, set shot, jump shot, turn around jump shot, cross over, lay up, dunks.. how can you defend this monster like michael jordan.. too much to handle.. he's the world's greatest.. he's michael jordan..

  • really?.. just fist bumps?.

  • no veras ningun partido que kobe haya tenido como este..donde jordan te metio 3 canastones dignos del top ten de la temporada y luego te remate el partido con 2 canastas a falta de 10 segundos...eso solo lo hacia el DIOS JORDAN..

  • thank you so much for the post man!!! this is pure art, this was one of the games where he showed it all: defense, offense, fakes, hangs, and the buzzer ...unbelievable.

good lord, he was 35 yrs old here, what a player. there will never be another athlete like mj.

  • Unusual to see the score as high as it was. COnsidering both were great Defensive teams in the era that Defense reigned in the NBA (Usually scores in the 990s NBA were under 100 PTS). This is more like a usual triple digit score of the 1980s NBA style.

  • haha michael doubled at 0:36

  • @kevindontgetcrack

haha it just looks like it...it was a bounce pass from harper!! peace

  • LOL pippen pulled down dikembe's shorts to set up MJ's jam , look at dik's reaction, swiping his elbow at pip as if he were a fly lololo

  • 4:45 is insane

  • 最後一擊進了

    怎麼大家都不high啊

    還是說大家都認為喬老大一定會進呢

  • Wow. I tell you Dikembe is a class act. Jordan hit the game winner, and Dikembe still taps fists with him at the end of the game. Lebron could learn a thing or two from guys like Dikembe. You give props where props are due. That's called sportsmanship.

  • i second that my friend. couldn't have said it better if i tried.

  • I don't expect anything less from Dikembe

  • @lakergreat80

I don't condone anything LeBron does but fuck that sportsmanships bullshit. If you get beat you don't have to "give props" just don't do anything. You got beat. Game over. Sucking the nuts of who beat you doesn't make you a better man....it makes you a pussy.

  • If any of you watched all Jordans games he didnt make every shot like he does in these videos these are like highlights same with Kobe i watched all his games this year and he missed some and made some so did jordan. Does Kobe gotta win 10 more championships to get people respect or are some of you just never gonna like him because hes the next big thing in NBA. When Kobes done then James will be it Kobe will pass the torch.

  • Kobe has NEVER had a season in which he shot better than 46% from the floor. MJ had 6 seasons in which he shot better than 50% from the floor.., and if he hadn't played those two years in Washington, he would have finished at 50% for his career! Explain to me how that makes Kobe a better shooter.

  • Thats very true, but Jordan never had the range that kobe has. Jordan was still a way better all around player.

  • Kobe just "relies" on the 3 more than MJ, but ISN'T any better than him from out there. He shoots almost TWICE as many as MJ, but career wise is only 2% better? What's that tell ya?!!

    Seasons shooting at least

    40% in 3's: MJ 2 > KB 0

    39% in 3's: MJ 1 > KB 0

    37% in 3's: MJ 4 > KB 2

    35% in 3's: MJ 5 > KB 4

    Career Playoff 3-pt%: MJ 33% > kobe 31%

    Career Finals 3-pt%: MJ 37% > kobe 28%

In MJ's 1st 3-peat, he shot 38% B4 it was moved in. During kobe's 3-peat, he shot 36% AFTER it was moved in..

  • @fritobandito94 he had the range, he just generally didn't take low percentage shots... probably why his shot % is why higher than Kobe's. Kobe takes lots of ill-advised deep shots.

  • @winhawk23 I love if you watch harper and pippen, they didnt even react after he hit the winning shot. Its like they expected it.

  • @winhawk23 It doesn't. But a moron have to say moronic things. And you can't argue with a moron. I mean how can you persuade a moron that he is not saying moronic things? With facts. Come on! He is a moron he doesn't care about facts.

  • @winhawk23 kobe is a better jump shooter than mj was.....from the field also includes layups and in the paint leaners and all that don't forget.....kobe's shot is beautiful in slowmo....kobe mid range like jordan is deadly....best i've seen....and the shots he makes...incredible....mj aswell...but kobe is the better jump shooter...especially from downtown...jordan is better in other ways...but i give the shooting to kobe...hands down

  • @jonnyrisas Kobe has a MUCH worse career FG% (Kobe .455 to MJ .497 (and MJ was .505 with Bulls)). They had virtually identical 3 point and FT % (Kobe .340 to MJ .327 (.332 with Bulls) and FTs Kobe leads .838 to .835 (.838 w Bulls).

Not to mention MJ playing in a league with tougher defensive rules and not a watered down expansion league.

  • @jonnyrisas Jordan had better fg% in his carreer so dont say Kobe´s better shooting the ball. You shoul have seeing MJ play and would know what everybody else is talking about

  • @jimj24 ofcourse i have seen jordan play....it's amazing...no doubt...but kobe is a better jump shooter than MJ...

kobe takes more shots than anybody...practicing that is....makes a 1000 a day...among other things...but i have seen both shoot...and kobe is a better jump shooter...i don't care about the fg% carreer wise....stats stats stats...a lot of things come in to play in that case...lay-ups and points in the paint close in count as fg and add to the percentage...im talking outside jumper

  • @jonnyrisas Well, like it or not, stats talk more than words...

  • @jimj24 not that i like it or dislike it.....but i believe that kobe is a better shooter of the basketball than jordan was...

i know this is saying alot...bring on the hate..lol...i am a huge huge jordan fan..like anybody who knows basketball...don't get me wrong...he is the best player ever..hands down..

  • @winhawk23 Dont forget is not only offense, Jordan actually won the defensive player of the year in 1988 and led the league in steals at least 2 times. Kobe has never come close to it. It´s not even close, Jordan is the best ever.

  • @winhawk23

Kobe has better range but not much, MJ was clearly more efficient.

  • If you people hate Kobe so much then why the hell do you bring him up! And no Jordan was not a better shooter then Kobe Phill Jackson even said so. Jordan was better at creating plays and getting to the rim Jordan had big hands and could grip the ball better to make close hoop plays. Watch the Video on phill comparing the two. Get your shit staight before you all compare Kobe to Jordan.

Why is it that everyone talks so much shit about Kobe has'nt he proven enough?!

  • i know you're not trying to say kobe is better than jordan right? because if you are, here are a few stats you should look at before you go down that road my friend. 6 rings, 6 finals MVP, 6-0 in the finals, 10 scoring tittles, 5 regular season MVPs, 1 defensive player of the year, led the league in assits one whole season. enough said. you try to argue with those numbers, you're fucking insane. talke to me when kobe surpasses those numbers. we all know he will never be undfeated in the finals.

  • Yes, watch that video. Phil starts by saying Kobe is a better LONG RANGE shooter, then spends the rest of the interview explaining why Jordan was better.

Phil covers the strength, the inside game, the ball-control. In another interview he claims that MJ would average 45ppg under the current NBA rules.

Kobe is on Phil's team now, he isn't going to kill him and say he's nothing compared to MJ. He has to keep Kobe happy, but if you actually listen to what he says, Phil knows MJ was better.

  • "Kobe's a better shooter..Phil Jackson even said so"

He also once said that BJ Armstrong & H. Grant were the "best" at their positions regarding the '93 & '94 seasons. In case U haven't noticed, Phil's KNOWN for talkin' up his "current" players. Somehow, U kobe homers seem to think that his level of skill is defined by expressed opinions of it, but not by his consistent on-court production in the "skilled facets" of the game, which are the RESULTS of the very skill in question..

  • Best fundamentals ever

  • Jordan was given a phenomenol athletic body. I mean this performance is just a tribute to how much his body has sustained over periods of time whether it's the the "Big Three" of the Boston Celtics, "The Showtime Lakers" or the Detriot "Bad Boy" Pistons it's just simply unreal. Also though a tribute to how he conditioned his body in the off-season year after year he got better and better every year because he worked more vigorously than anybody else in the off-season. 51 points at the age of 38.

  • It's insane that he still had such athleticism and quickness at 35-36. Kobe in 5 years will not look anywhere near this good. Hell, he's already slower than Mike is in this vid.

  • I think not everyone realize how tough that last shot was. Michael jumped very high, he had to twist his body in the air with fade away. If you play basketball you know how difficult to do that

  • If you enter, and there is a player introduction of Bulls of this match, would you show it by all means?

  • dang! not just one but TWO BUZZER BEATERS! MJ GOAT

  • Did anyone see that double dribble on 0:40? lol

  • it wasnt a double dribble, he lost control of the ball when it was passed to him. you can do that in the nba

  • yea after reviewing it again ur right man...my bad.

  • not only does jordan shoot better than kobe, his shot selection is better

  • he did it again...

  • LOL.... GREAT ONE PIP!!! HAHAHAH 3:36

  • haha i never saw that coming .. that was a veteran move great 1 hehe

  • How many circus shots can one guy have ????? WOW

  • skills

  • It was nothing for MJ to do that over and over and over and over and over and over again.

  • what scottie does demoralizes mutombo

  • Scottie grabs Mutombo's hand to distract him when MJ was driving. I've seen MJ do it to in other games when Scottie drove to the hoop. The result, a dunk, or a layup uncontested or on somebody. Intelligent tricks by both.

  • scottie show at 3:36-7 what greatness is -it is the small things often overlooked.

  • yo look what scottie does 3:36-7 lol

  • hahaha i saw it

  • the commentators aren't even surprised.

  • Evil

  • kobe+lebron+iverson = michael jordan

  • ha!~miss the dunk

  • The Best Man of All Sports Period.

  • 99.9% points ever minutes within 36mins

wow it don`t get better than that

  • forget kobe....lebron... like w/e....this guy is the man!!!

  • awesome, but hawks with some AWFUL D on the last shot, should have at least put the hand up

  • Jordan's follow-through is flawless.

  • yeah...that's what makes him great in the clutch other players shrink from the follow thru..he seems to follow thru more..when it is on the line

  • Blaylock hits two impossible 3pts at the end...

  • the best player ever

  • I swear man, Jordan is the ONLY player ive ever watched that makes me laugh out loud with joy when he's rollin like that. The man was soo great, when he's hittin those crazy contested fallaways over and over again, it just makes me laugh, I dont know why! He used to just ridicule the defence.

  • how true is that!! i feel the same and now i almost forget how to laugh watching basketball besides when i see kobe trying to copy jordan but does it badly.

  • The fact the bulls won 6 rings was the fact that the Knicks always lost to them.

  • this maybe is my favorite buzz beater ever.

  • awesome

  • steps

  • essentially hit 3 buzzer beaters in 1 game. i pitty foolish young kids who say kobe or lebron are better. i'm so glad i got to watch this guy while i was growing up.

  • Man i havent seen this game in so long.. god bless YouTube!

  • this man's game was SO BEAUTIFUL. look at the crowd's reaction when mike rose up to shoot it. like everyone in unison just stood up. i love it. they knew it was going in. will we ever see a player this great again? to be continued.....

  • "he did it again"....such deflation from the hawks announcer. haha. usually it's a national broadcast and the announcer is excited at such a finish

  • anyone remember the game, i think it was a playoff game, where jordan dunks on mutombo then shakes the finger? haha that was classis. and all this kobe talk is meaningless, kobes the best in the nba right now. but mj is the best ever, period.

  • i was asking some people in my high school who is better kobe or mj, most of the kids said kobe!!! and i asked them y and they said cuz he dropped 81........WOW!!!! if u dont think mj is the greatest then WOW!!!!

  • just one game , not all life ...

  • dawg u sound stupid by even askin who is better. and ur friends sound even more stupid by saying kobe!!! u said u in highschool? yall lil kids were probably like 5 when jordan was playin so how would yall kno. kobe aint fuckin wit jordan PERIOD!!!

  • your an idiot Bballer

  • what a game

  • HA! Even Mutombo gave him some dap! LOL!

  • That Pippen discourage on Mutombo leaving Jordan open for the dunk was hilarious!

Yea the bulls really knew how to get in your head! Mark of true champions

  • COUNT IT!

  • 2:11.. you hear jordan call for it

  • jordan, and all his teammates were all like...

"just another day at the office"

  • he did it again. THE GREATEST EVEEER

  • What's more amazing is that he always get open...Every breathing organism on the planet knows he wants the last shot...They always get the ball in his hands.

  • "He did it again"

    Classic MJ LOL!!

  • his role is just like Bill in the first 3peat.

dont really have to be amazing but hawve to be in the role.

  • the bulls were still great with longley aspecialy in 96.

  • look at ron harpers non reaction to the winning shot, hes like i knew he would make it

  • How many times has the great MJ been offensive player of the year...? damn.

  • theres no such thing as offensive player of the year in the nba you idiot

  • Scoring champion, same thing YOU MOTHER FUCKIN FAGGOT! Lol at your stupid ass having nothing better to do than try and put people down..

  • its cause hes black

  • it's hilarious how used to MJ was to buzzer beaters by this point... the crowd goes wild but mj and the rest of the team act like they won a blowout.

  • i was thinking the same thing. it seemed almost routine at this point...

  • Pippen touched Mutumbo a little bit or something like that Mutumbo tried to go after him and fell down. lol

  • 3:35, wat the hell did pippen do? hahaha

  • Haha, go Scottie!

  • lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hilarious!

  • Lenny's wilkins face after the first last second shot sums up how he felt.lol I feel bad for him, jordan always killed his teams.

  • I remember watching this as a 9-year-old on a Friday night on WGN. Naturally, I exploded as soon as the shot went in.

  • Yes--this was a Friday night. I was Outback celebrating my Mother's birthday and it was playing no the TV at the bar. The entire restaurant went crazy!!

  • I feel so sorry for Lenny Wilkins.. hehe.. Michael always robbed him...

  • Mookie Blaylock was always an underrated player

  • He just grabs Mutumbo's wrist and holds it to keep him from moving and Mutumbo angrily flails his arm and falls.

  • Best parts about this shot: 1) notice how he uses the Hawks double-teamer to screen his own teammate, Smith; and 2) the first guy MJ fist-bumps with right after the shot is Smith haha (shown in different angles in other highlights of this shot)...ultimate respect.

  • LOL, I'm trying to figure out what pippen did at 3:35. Did he pinch him? lol, funny.

  • It looks like he pulled on his shorts.

  • ya he pulled his shorts and Mutombo retaliated and lost his balance and fell

  • this shit is just beautiful man i can watch this over and over and OVER im so shitty i wasnt born in his time

  • What a performance ! Jordan had complete control. in which game did he dunk on Motumbo and then wave his finger to him >?

  • Game 5 of 97 playoffs in the first quarter.

Rodman played well that game hitting 3 three pointers and had a no look over the head pass to Brian Williams just like in this game. The only difference is Williams made the dunk where Longley got rejected.

  • The move by pippen at 1:47 is pretty awesome also.

  • goes right, Rhythm jumper, ice cream... count it! jaja.. GOAT!!!

  • check out Pippen put his hand on Mutombo's hip @ 3:37 that caused Mutombo to stumble and allowed MJ to have a wide open dunk..lol... Rodman used to slide his own teammate in front of a driving player to draw a charge (i'd seen it several times but the one that comes to mind is in one of the games during the series against the Hornets in 98 playoffs)...very funny..lol..

  • The move that was made @ 4:48, I wonder why they don't show this on his highlights at all. That was a nice move!

  • I remember that the unexpected for me was when he missed those shots. I'd be very dissapointed saying "well, he was not so good that night after all, don't you think dad?"... For any other player, it would have been normal to miss, and a exploit to bank the shot in... In my kid's eyes, Jordan's exploits were part of his daily routine.

Thank you for this nice video.
