This new model, bumper and headlights are ugly compared to the 08 one; seems more feminine, but that hood is sexy. Projection lights are fitted..better than norm Chrome grill? turn off...what is this a ford fusion? Engine has been tweaked from 170 to 175hp n now stability control is standard so u can turn it off and on Its an awesome car... 8/10 in my book A few things i would like to see in future models a 200hp standard engine 4 cyln Control windows from you key fob NO MORE HUBCAPS!

I'm buying a 2007 2.5 S Model soon. Can't wait! I just need to sell my other car. These cars are very nice. Good power, even in the 2.5, lots of legroom (That's the main reason why I'm buying one), great fuel economy, strong brakes & good handling. The one I'll be buying soon is Charcoal Gray. I'll make a walk through video of it when the time comes.

YES it has it all: Ventilated Front Disc brakes, rear disc and all are Anti-Lock brakes, plus electronic brake force distribution and brake assist. ALL Altimas also have Electronic Stability Control and traction control.

When you start the car, look at all the lights that turn on in the dash and you might see the ABS light. Starting in 2008 Anti-Lock brakes became standard on the 2.5S and above.

The only thing about this car that is ridiculous [and not JUST with this car, but others in it's class, like the Sonata], is that unless you spring for the upgraded convenience package, you are stuck with non-folding side mirrors. ANY car of this level, these days, should have folding side mirrors as standard equipement. I've seen too many broken off stationary side mirrors to never buy a car with them.

That said, you can get them on this car, if you spend another $2.250. And I will..

The significant change are multi-fold. 1st you now get an Altima with Electronic Stability Control and traction control standard. 2nd, the Premium Audio system replaces the Connection package and add's a rear-view monitor into the Bose/cd/am/fm/ipod interface. 3ed, the navigation system is all new and now includes a DVD player built in, with the ability to stream music from your phone to the stereo in the car without an aux input or usb. The cloth fabric is also a little different.

The Headlights are new and different design. The grille, front face has facelifted just as he said like from the 2007 maxima. I'm not sure how the lights will look like at night though hope they are super bright and make that projector line like you see in the Camry's. In the Interior it's not an orange-ee speedometer color anymore. It's white! Better view to the naked eye!

The Electronic Stability Control was the only thing missing from the previous Altima. I know a lot of people who were swayed away from buying the Altima and instead go for either an accord or a camry just for this reason.
