Because I shoot with a very small camera (it looks like a mobile phone) and I don't get in people's way. I appreciate that people see me and immediately assume I'm on holiday but that's just part of the package. I don't feel like I represent foreigners in Japan at all :s

When i went to Akihabora it was dead.... no one was there at all. But I went the week after that man killed about 8 people with a knife in Akihabora, back in 2008. I think it spoiled the atmosphere of the place.
