  • so amazing what a good story :) what a hero and great Dad

  • Yeah, When she grows a few years to be wiser, she's going to be like "My Dad's Superman." and it's going to be a cool moment.

  • He deserves the DAD OF THE CENTURY AWARD!!!

  • You just can not take your eyes off them children for even a second...thank God he saw her go in and had the where-with-all to effect rescue !!!!

  • "The fact that she came out breathing feels like divine intervention"

or maybe it's due to the fact that she wasn't underwater long enough to drown

  • this is not the real story ...

While the father looked away, her daughter fell into the water and a French tourist who was passing by, jumped to save her. The girlfriend of French screamed and that's where the father of the girl realized the situation and jumped into the water in turn. After the accident, the family went by ambulance immediately and the French took a taxi without saying his name. Journalists have launched a search to find the "hidden hero". That's why this story is famous.

  • there would be 8 ppl disliking this thats wat it takes to protect ur family

  • If that's not love, I don't know what is!

  • This is precisely why you put very small children on leashes.

  • xx

  • omg im glad they're both ok!!!! super dad.....

  • GO SUPER DAD!!!!!!!!

  • :))

  • Thats what parents are supposed to do,at the same time never forget that they love you and would do anything at any risk to make you safe,so never go mouthing of at your parent respect obey and show the gratitude for who they are to you.

  • aw what a wonderful dad :)

  • 25 feet??.. I've fallen into water from that far.. That shit hurts!

Imagine how it must feel for a baby.. Thankfully, she's alright =)

  • most awesome dad ever!!!! That's real love right there!

  • Excellent truely excellent.

  • and yet we consider fake people in movies great

  • This was her DADDY. What else was he going to do?

  • @tbeak64 you make a great point, but unfortunately some parents aren't like this man :( But luckily, that little girl has a great dad

  • @tbeak64

Well, some daddies voluntarily throw their babies into water..

Thankfully he isn't one of them.

  • If he was my dad, i'd glue myself onto him in a hugging pose saying: I'll never let you go dad <3

  • Hmm..Run down the stairs I would jump off the boat

  • awwww it warms my heart to see the dad carrying her in the water (thank god she is fine)

  • I'd buy you a beer anytime Dad! This is what America is all about.

  • @GoldenShellback1

Dude, Americans aren't the only people who save their babies..

  • This man's heart beats for his baby girl. What a great great dad!!!

  • God bless Bridget's dad

  • to bad all dad's cant be like this :(

  • wat a wonderful dad he must care about her daughter sooo much

  • Wht a lucky little girl =)

  • see, thats a REAL dad.

  • i wuda done the same for my child, any child 4 that matter..(even tho i cant swim well...hey i'd try!)

  • I think every parent would have jumped in not thinking twice for their two year old. I don't know why everyone thinks he's better than any other parent.

  • @crezyshyt I don't think he's 'better' than any other parent...it just makes my heart sing to see good in people..afterall, just wander through this site alone and there are countless tales of crappy shitty parents out there. A good story is just that, a good story.

  • Wow...your an awsome and coraguas dad. beautiful ending

  • WELL I CAME TO SEE HIM JUMP OFF THE BOAT BUT OHH WELL

  • God bless her.

  • Go Daddy, you R O C K!!! Should be more like you!

  • that so cute for im to do that i wish i had a dad like that but i cant cuz mines dead :( <3

  • @MrsCoote123 Sweetie, i'm sorry to hear that, all the best

  • This is gonna be one heck of a childhood story to tell in the future!

  • oMG DAD I LOVE YOU!!! lol

  • your a hero! :)

  • awww daddies baby girl :)

  • thats a good daddy....poor baby...your a hero for savin your daughter....may the good lord bless you and your family

  • why the hell would they record when they could be helping them?! D:

  • "Divine intervention"

    Definitly!

    God hates little girls.

    He hates them.

    SO MUCH!

And some times he intervenes to remind us.

  • I may be an asshole for saying this but why werent they watching her!God Bless him for saving his child but tht is why u need to keep extra close eye on your children because things like this happen and their is not always someone around to say them.

  • @AutumnFaeryPrincess accidents like this happen a lot and can even happen to the best parents in the world

they just has to be distracted for 2 seconds and the kid can be out of sight already

and on a boot it's not that hard for a little one to fall off

children have died from accidents like these but there's just no way to stop it :(

  • "Divine intervention"

Where? A man jumped in to save his daughter, and made sure to keep her body lifted out of the water until they could be pulled to safety. It's a mixture of love, bravery, and brains. And it's simply amazing.

  • these kinds of parents are the kind that save our world from greed and carelessness! My heart goes out to that family and I hope the girl is doing better!

  • they don´t mention anything about the other guy that you can see in the water. It was a french turist that also jumped to the rescue. Luckily the baby was ok.

  • hero

  • I KNOW THATS RIGHT

  • I think it's instinct for a parent to jump in after their drowning child.

  • Her daddy is real super hero!!!

  • Did they mean Grandfather?

  • @catawba909 No. Dad

  • Divine intervention? How about dad intervention? Always when someone gets rescued "god" has to be a part of it.. Kudos to the dad, he's the hero.

  • 16 years from now he's going to hold this over her head

  • Lol, I wouldn't call it heroism to try to save your kid from certain death. I'd call it parenting.

  • Im so happy she made it out alive

  • "Divine intervention!" It was not divine it was a wonderful human who thought fast enough to spring in to action and save the baby! Kudos to him.......not to some 'divine intervention'...........unless it was that 'divine intervention' who pushed the kid!

  • way to go dad, that is a real father no hesitation just dived in.

  • such a cute girl. i love looking at her cute little face. poor baby, UR DADDY ROX! U GOTTA LOVE HIM RIGHT!

  • go daddy! pretty little girl

  • Shows how quick things can change in our lives. My little brother,Dad and I went to a park on a very cold wintery snow covered day. My brother ran ahead of us when he saw the geese.Right

onto the frozen pond. The geese being light could walk on the ice. My brother crashed right down into the freezeing water. Leaving a hole,as he sank. He was only 2. My Dad,saved him.

I remember 45 years later,it still gives me nightmares.

  • That is so scary....I have a 4 year old, when she was 2 she fell into the pool luckily my sister was right there to grab her. You can't take your eyes off of kids for a second....Thank goodness for her dad.

  • Now that is a real man! And the greatest father.

  • congrats father bless him

  • wow poor baby. Congrats to the father!! Thats a real hero right there!

  • aww :(

  • kids wander off plp hello !!!!! stop blaming her father

  • how the hell does a kid fall off a boat

  • if one day sum like dis happen to ur baby dont wait for the police to do sumthing do it urself cuz police the only thing they gud at is at talking shit

  • @SimonLKJH its an unexpected incident, no one to be blame. .

  • Major Respect for this Father

  • It would not have happened if the father was more responsible. Case closed.

  • @SimonLKJH It has happened to experienced sailors shipmates i had, even when the wire railing is only designed for adults, even older children may miss the hand grasp. You need someone to blame? The ship outfitters, next?

  • @SimonLKJH LIke you never in your life had some kind of accident!... whatever!.......

  • this made me cry

  • THIS IS SO AMAZING<3

  • Initially baby's life was in danger:(

Later daddy's life was threatened(baby's reflex):(

    Finally both were saved:)

  • when he has protected her, then no rescue was needed

  • I would of did the same thing that shows how much he loves his daughter

  • Damn this guy deserves the world respect I love thoose videos makes me really wanna cry, and I know if someone jokes and dislike Justin Bieber or something but this video you cant you just cant dislike it because you aren't aloud to in my oppinion for real you just cant!!!

  • this is soo sad....

  • Good father! :D

  • If that was my child, I wouldn't even hesitate to jump it. Mmmhmm.

  • @doubletheduckk Yeah the dad stopped for a split second to make sure he knew exactly where in the water his daughter was. You should take lessons from him. Your the type of parent who would probably just fly in the water like a idiot and drown along with your baby.

  • @YuSuckAtLife Dude, I'm not saying that the fact that he hesitated is bad. Yeah he did the right thing, I'm just saying it's something I would do too.

  • What a good daddy!!! :)

  • i wouldd do this for my babyy niecess

  • 1:15 whiter Obama

  • my dad would kill for me

  • why do people look at this so impressed, it was his daughter who fell, any human being would have jumped to save their daughters life!

  • @verosanzmc you'd be surprise how many people would sit by panicking or hesitating

  • @verosanzmc because it was successful, you wombat. How many cases are known where it was too late or BOTH have dissappeared and found DEAD. But you sound as if you were of those calloused douchebags who only dislike happy endings and mind not at all others suffering?

  • @pendragonU well, sorry, first of all I didnt insult you or anyone, so watch your language, and second I am a lifeguard and I seen loads of endings like that, and I like them the same as u, but I dont see the big deal about it, anyone does the same for their kids!

  • @verosanzmc for your sanity's sake then ok, but don't get too calloused because the job, like nurses or medics, soldiers or Axemen anymore touched by death or risk of it. I came from the Middle east wars and it took me a while to realize that indifferent big deal shit attitude about lives in risk. Detox

  • I believe peiple dislike videos you wouldnt think they would normally dislike because they are saying they dislike the situation. Just to say I cant imagine the horror any parent would go through if this were to happen to them. All I can say is watch you kids close and hard.

  • My hart stopped.

  • aww baby was so cute

  • well that was a life defining moment for both of them.

  • Dads are cool.

  • Who died then?

  • @iMeteorStrike hahaha lol, ur comment made me laugh :D

  • Also availiable in HD.

  • Bless him

  • We dont always need supeman, spiderman or batman to save us. All we need his humens like these, BRAVE humenes.

  • @robart691 Damn right, we need more brave humenes

  • HERO!

  • Who was watching her and how could they let that happen. Would never let my daughter any where near that railing lol.

  • Comment removed

  • THE TRUE HERO IS THE FRENCH GUY!!!

  • Of course the father will save its child. ITS HIS CHILD, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! I wouldn't call him a hero though. I'd call him a good dad.

  • I couldn't see the video ... to many tears ... thank god shes safe. Hero for a father ... wow :o)

  • he's a hero for jumping in the water to save his daughter's life? you americans are pathetic i swear.

  • @Robby303

i think your trolling is pathetic

  • @Robby303 thats what i was thinking too. cause if somebody is a hero for real for a change. the term doesent mean anything cause its way overused. hes "just" a good father, thats what he is.

  • @Robby303 he is a hero, so piss off

  • The guy telling the story is a great narrator!

  • I would never EVER let my 2 year old wander around. Even my 5 year old, it's too risky. But kudos to the dad

  • :)

  • i would of jumped for a baby too.. shit.

  • legend.... a true hero

  • Did somebody thanks the french tourist, who jumped before the father?

  • well done amazing

  • god bless you good man

  • It is not her parents fault that she slipped. Young children tend to wander and she was so small so she could've fitted right through that rail so easily. From California to New York, give the parents a break, it's not every day that you get to travel like that.

  • How the fuck did the kid manage to get into the water in the first place? Parents not paying close enough attention.

  • why has someone disliked this!?

  • @C0SM093 Muslim guy probably disliked the video

  • @DH4Hobbies IM muslim u racist motherfucker wat the fuck has being muslim got todo with disliking a fuckin utube vid go fuck a terrorist

  • @mrawsome1488 who else would dislike this?

  • @mrawsome1488 Whoa calm down why get so upset over a youtube comment are you that angry at life, geez... if you can't take the heat stay the f*ck outta the kitchen.

  • @UtubeDuDeDuh lol i jus h8 it wen people blame things on muslims and i am angry at life tnx 4 noticing

  • @C0SM093 Because in every video there will always be a dickhead(s) who dislikes a good story, I call them bitter angry souls who have always dreamt of being a 'hero' but never had the balls to so when they see one in action (in this case, this guy) they get jealous.

  • @C0SM093 their father let them drown when they were kids

  • @C0SM093

    Love isn't in their souls.

  • @C0SM093 because people are sick

  • @C0SM093 probably cause the douchebags didn't get to see the kid falling =P

  • @C0SM093 i think some people don't understand the dislike button, maybe they dislike the fact she almost died.

  • @TheChillsta if that was the case, then they are sad sad people. Who is actuallt that cruel!

  • this stuff always makes me wana cry

  • @tacticalreaper true that, its just a really good act of greatness that just puts my heart in my throat

  • @tacticalreaper It made me cry.

  • @tacticalreaper when people save their relatives you want to cry...

  • I want to marry someone so selfless

  • my dad did that to me at a river. my flip flop fell and i jumped after it dont know how to swim and he jumped down and saved me.

  • You really have to wonder who dislikes things like this.

  • the one dislike was from a kid whos father didnt give a shit

  • Thats a good dad

  • Makes me cry....tears of joy! Thank goodness for a good outcome!

  • brilliant father glad she is ok

  • like a boss

  • Divine intervention my ass. A brave father's love is what it was.

  • Awww! Poor baby. Thank goodness the dad saved her.

  • Brought a tear to my eye... I'm so glad she's okay! :3

  • 1 person is a hater

  • A fathers love for his daughter is unbreakable,

  • 1 person thought that the dislike button meant dis i like

  • Divine intervention?

No she just got lucky, not enough water entered her lungs to drown her.

Why do Americans always credit god for positive coincidences lol?

  • @Vimtox Because we know it's stupid. We are a country of trolls.

  • Wow 1 dislike? Some people.

  • Who the fuk disliked!!!! Seriously..Some guy beaten at being the hero??? :P

  • 99 likes 1 dislike

    ..forever alone

  • I don't mean to sound like Kevin Malone but........ WHO IN THERE RIGHT MINDS WOULD PUT A BABY ON A SHIP?!?!?

  • @CPMackenzie you're a facepalm

  • omg this is so funny lol

  • Why you hates all America ?

  • and ofcourse the stupid americans are saying that this was a divine intervention or what he said. giving god the credit instead of the father.

  • @JORDHOLMEN I am an American and I'm not stupid. Your comment is ignorant. And btw, divine intervention does not necassarily mean intervention by God. It could be any deity. There are many to chose from. That guy might worship a three headed duck for all you know.
