@topdog2328 It's basically a preamp with preamp, power amp and cabinet simulation and integrated effects. You need a separate power amp to make it loud or some kind of active monitors like I'm using.

@Supaboy000 But sir, it doesn't even look like he is faking. You can tell when the camera angle gets closer to his guitar and you can also tell by the sound of his guitar. The sound is not exactly the same as the original audio it sounds slightly different.

I'm using the original pickups (Ibanez V7 and V8) of this guitar (Ibanez RG 2020 XTL, which I actually don't like that much (at least with my older preamps Marshall JMP-1 and Mesa Boogie Triaxis). With the Axe FX, I don't have as much playing experience, yet, so I'm not really able to compare it with my other guitars.

As you can read in the description of this video, I've used the Fractal Audio Axe FX Ultra directly recorded into my PC. I could hear myself through the active monitors (ESI nEar 08) - so not any of the marshalls you can see in the background ;)
