@AReptileMan well...I loved it... but moving it everyday ...The handle came out and its not fun anymore...mine lasted 2 months I think....and I was careful with it so be gentle with yours!
@woodstoveguy88 its not bad...and looks amazing...i was always scared of the stuff...not now...avoid the stuff in the can!..its a nightmare to clean up behind!..lol
what's primered haha ..I don't see the building permit in the window ! Nice view out the window ... looks like a good lot. Houses are too expensive here in Toronto 700,000 and up.
@polarbeach I have not priced it in a while but it would probably be cheaper for a rental. If it was me I would put in the cheapest to make money return on the property.
@Comptekhs I don't know....I don't know what to do yet..I was thinking about laying Linoleum...or laminate flooring....or sticky tiles..but in the bath rooms and kitcken nylon.
I don't have a plan yet......any help on this would be good!
@Comptekhs I have put down regular oak flooring (a LOT of back-breaking work) and also that click-together laminate stuff. The laminate stuff was not only really simple to put in, but it has held up much better than the oak flooring. I had a rocking chair with wood runners on the laminate for ages and used it a lot, and it never left a mark on the laminate stuff.
@anniequilts I put the laminate in my house and I like how fast you can cover some teritory with it. I will probly go with that....if I can find a deal.....my friend said to go to "sams club".for it.
Great job Rick, looks like you're on your way to getting it finished. As they say, "from here it's just polish and sweep", basicly. Thanks for sharing your reovations with us.

@london1817 I have never had that laminate wood fake flooring. I wonder how well it would hold up to floor traffic and moving furniture in?
