Well said... excellent bi-partisan speech. I voted for obama. Economically I am very left on Domestic and Foriegn policy I am a Constitutionalist/Libertarian.

When John McCain gave his concession speech I said to myself "Thats the John McCain we needed to see more of." and I stood and clapped loudly for that patriot.

I did not vote for Obama myself, but I am glad that at least one horrible belief about my country was proven wrong: the belief that someone's race can truly hinder someone's ability to achieve the loftiest of dreams.
