Charice is an impressive singer. And she is obviously more popular than regine nowadays. But still she can't beat REgine. REgine's voice is so soothing and her belting prowess is simply unmatched even to this day. Not even Celine Dion, even if she's internationally famous, can beat REgine's solid effortless and extremely high belting. Sorry for bringing up Celine, but it is the unbiased truth. I admit though that Celine is a magnificent singer. But REgine is extra-phenomenal!

Libogzxh, I don't know what your name stands for but here is my take. I adore both singers. While Charice does sound nasal at times, hindi sya masakit sa tenga. Regine is a great singer kaso di ko gusto yung register ng high notes nya, sakit talaga sa tenga, manipis, unlike Charice, specially in the song One Moment in Time where she hit G#5, buong buo pa rin yung tunog. I am a church choir soloist, not a music expert. However, I am a consumer and I decide what music is more appealing.
