He might be deaf.. but he is indeed very happy...!

We had read alot about socializing. I would bring him into loud areas and he wouldn't react. He didn't react when I would praise him, when the doorbell rang, or buzzer on washer went off. I had dogs growing up so we thought it was odd.
Then we went to the vet and did a couple tests
