This is actually not the original scene, the original scene (In england anyway) never had the head drop off, only the biting and then the head being turned, perhaps is the japanese version or somthing?

I remember playing this game in 1998 when I was 3 years old! My parents bought me the game and neither of us new what it was about. When I saw that first scene I would always hide under my blanket and when the zombie attacked my character, the vibration controller scared the crap out of me. This game TRAUMATIZED me but now its actually a very funny game.
