Amazing song!!! Actually its title is “This place hotel” (first name was Heartbreak Hotel but was changed to not be confused with the '56 Elvis song with the same title). So this one is written and composed by MJ for The Jacksons album – Triumph; also it was included on the MJ’s “The Ultimate Collection” album and on the “Immortal” in 2011 (as remix – sounds great too). SO, it has absolutely nothing to do with Elvis hit, they are two different songs (just the same name for a very short time :)

The Jacksons' song was renamed, I believe, to avoid upsetting any die hard Elvis fans. Certain sections can be a bit peculiar and touchy and think he is still alive, drinking beer with aliens having been abducted from his own toilet seat!

The life of MJ must have been intence, to say the least. I grew up on the Jackson fives and the cartoons. As a kid i´d wear my afro thinking i too could be a Jackson. Even then, as a small i child, i´d understand the word envy and felt it. I was very envious of the young MJ, but now as a man i can only pray i never had to live a life such as his.
