    T O L talk.. If the strrets could talk.. They would be spittin it just like this. When I moved down here I found some thugs (Hill ave boys) and got right in the fgame here. I thought it was SLOW coming from the Dee.. Then I met the real hard thugged out boys.. posted on Detroit and Deleware area.. T O L E D O is juss as hard as anywhere on earth. Also hard to make it here if yer not active in the street games. SOO, I think the city is already taken over.. well, most of it.. lols
