There will NEVER be another as talented, dedicated to making perfection into more perfection, learning more about his roles with maturity, and most likely the greatest male dansuer the world has ever produced. His winning of the GOLD at the International Ballet Competition at Varnas,1974, was the greatest accoloade ever, as he was Number 78! Had not Mikail defected from the Soviet Union that same year, it took a lot of attention away from his perfect line, etc. There won't be another like him!!
