i figured that the trick of trowing hard is to stretch your muscles it doesnt matter if you are 150 lbs or 200 lbs if you can stretch very much trowing 90's is no problem i know some guys of 200 lbs trowing under the 60 mph fastballs with good mechanics but are very stiff

Overhand is unnatural as it is, but when you incorporate a contorting motion on your elbow to spin a ball to slow it down with the same arm velocity as your fastball, you're going to run into issues. The arm speed with the curve will kill the elbow well before the fastball will.

chapman has better mechanics than strasburg. if u look at his mechanics, chapman's chest is pointing towards second base from when he breaks his hands until his foot hits the ground. thats why he throws 106 mph. strasburgs chest is pointing towards third base from when he breaks his hands until his foot hits the ground. that is wasted velocity. also the reason strasburg got tommy john is because his arm action when the ball is near his head forms an obtuse angle so he cant pronate his arm.
