you neen to install on your windows "Installer Version" for styletap here:
styletap.com/downloads.php then you need to download metatrader palm 1.72v here:
hpc.ru/soft/data/7261/mtpalmsetup.exe
after instaling "Installer Version" for styletap open program and connicting to mobile by usb or bluetooth
then you will need to install palm on your computer you will get 7 files for instaling to your mobile in C:\Program Files\MetaTrader\Palm install files by Installer Version
its not cab file... .cab are for windows mobile... this is Palm OS version of metatrader. You need to download StyleTap application and run it on your symbian phone.... then you can emulate Metatrader for Palm OS in your phone via this StyleTap app...

bat the installation .. mt4mobilesetupde.exe giv one massege .. next connect to handy install.
-install per styleTab Laucher not work...
Sorry! there is no application to accept mt4mobilesetupde.exe
