There actually is a pretty scientific explanation to how it tells if there's stress or not. It all depends on your heart rate, and how hard you squeeze. It's actually very logical, but the religion is crap (they'll sue me for just saying that).

I tried the stress test onece. It is nothing more than a damn waste of time. Not only did they got me to try it out but they also made me watch a damn video about how sciectology can get rid of your stress just by buying a $50 dvd set. I am now a enemy of scietology for trying to convert me by deception
