Thats not completely true. Lebanon and Egypt are definitely not safer than Syria, and Syrians are actually extra nice to tourists than their own people. I'm not talking about some VIP person or something, I mean the actual people. I think what you mean to say is that Syria doesn't provide tourist facilities as much as other countries. Thats right. They don't have the fanciest hotels in the world but people like going there to see the actual culture of the country. It is an amazing place.
