  • @skylerkate2 Also I tabbed it whole here tinyurl dot com / dontletthem

  • This song is so good. All the songs I like by them are off this album.<3 They're so delicious.

  • thumbs up if ur listning to this song in 2011 :)

  • "Because I believe we fly..." Probably the most inspiring line I've ever heard in a song. Absolutely beautiful.

  • This song makes me so sad to listen to it but at the same time, I smile because they're so right.

  • Don't let them see you cry When the dam breaks down and the city is covered in water Cause I believe we fly When the moon takes shape and I dose off, on your shoulders I trust that you see it too So breathe while you're alive Let the big band play as you tap leather with your fingers And I tried to write in style But the words just come and I write them as soon as I see them And I trust that you write them too And I trust that you love me too
  • I'm in love with this song. I might end up listening to it over and over again, lol. I like the slow stuff but I also like rock, so it's kinda ech. :)

  • @spacecowboy5000 that's cool and all, but I don't care. aren't you a little old for this kind of 'music' anyway? old enough to see john lennon and remember it...must be at least 36 or so. i didn't know people that old listened to this sort of thing without hating it.

theres no use beating a dead horse. whiny suburban emo kids (not you, dont misquote me.) will always opine thickly, nothing but feelings, smoke, and mirrors to their logic.

  • Does anyone know why these guys are so depressing?

Don't get Me wrong, I Love them.

The lyrics just make Me want to slit My wrists though..

  • @Branpire

They're not depressing, its probably just when something is wrong, they turn to writing music.

  • @ilovelucy456 Yeah. Anyway, I like their music.

  • I miss music :(

  • hmm.. i think im in love with this short little song. :) ♥

  • <.< Erm Im here To Listen To Manchester Orchestra If I Wanted To Hear About Other Bands I'd Go Listen To Them <.< But I Dont So Stfu And Enjoy The Song .-.

  • what album did this come off of? cant find it ne where

  • This song is great,

and EVERY song i go to on youtube, no matter what genre of music it is, SOMEONE has to mention justin beiber. Can we stop comparing him to EVERYTHING please??

  • This is even better than justin beiber, lolololol

  • The "simpleness" of this song makes it even more amazing...

I cant stop listening to it.

    This made me cry....

  • I take it you don't write or play music? Music is personal... God forbid YOU, apparently the most important voice in this world, didn't get it. Oh well... There's no stopping a shark from being drawn to blood I suppose.

    Great song btw.

  • @minguk211 i had to figure it out myself. stop judging me. how would you feel if no one truly helps you but yourself and you have ZERO answers. i want to take a bat to a fucking zombie and eat its eye balls. Then id like to fuck the zombie and contemplate on how i feel about it. after that i wouldnt mind putting myself through the worst physical and mental torture humanly possible. DEAD BABY JOKES RULE

  • @minguk211 you are my hero.

  • @pinkfloydsman2010 Wow. That was uncalled for. Keep your harsh opinion to yourself, thanks.

  • @leahpleurodon

Who are you that you can tell people to shove it? The internet police?

also, @munguk211; if you were addressing me, I'm a music theory major at UNT. I think I have a pretty strong grasp on what music is.

    also, listen to Neil Young.

  • @pinkfloydsman2010

    listen to their other songs?

  • @pinkfloydsman2010 its not about the singing, or the guitar, its about the emotion, and no amount of music THEORY can teach you that.

  • @pinkfloydsman2010 I was studying music before you were a spermatozoid. I was as stiff spined and rigid as you. I've seen everyone from Bob Dylan to John Lennon in concert. Neil Young never studied music theory but produced a wealth of incredible music. Over time I've learned that "music theory" is more about theory than actual music. Music is a thing that is felt and lived, not analyzed. In the end taking those courses helped me be more discriminating but I missed out on sooo much.

  • @pinkfloydsman2010 ahahahhahaha. rigght..

  • beautiful.

i could listen to it over and over.

    : )

  • This is one amazing song! I love it and will always do! <3<3

  • i wish this song was longer, it's amazing.

  • @0cocaxcola0 my words exactly! i cant stop playing it over and over :)

  • beautiful.

  • this is alot liek bright eyes in the style and the fact that they are both AMAZING.

  • @soccercrazy309 yeah their styles in songwriting are very similar. they both are amazing bands.

  • @punkguitar29 ya but manchester orchestra sometimes plays heavier than bright eyes and bright eyes sometimes plays even softer than manchester orchestra. but they do have similiar writing style and great lyrics. i like both of them alot! :D

  • I agree, though Oberst isn't really a they and he sings in a very.... should I say different way. I'd place Manchester Orchestra right in between Cursive and Bright Eyes.

  • @Nominator546 i was saying they for bright eyes and manchester orchestra. so ya.

  • does anyone have a link to listen to their song "Anne Louise"? i found the lyrics and they were amazing now i literally can't find the song. any help much appreciated thanks :)

  • @dramaticafantastica what album, do you know? ive never heard of this song!! but a new manchester song is always a great find for me.

  • This song is so so so so similar to Bright Eyes and Conor Oberst. His voice on this track is like a carbon copy, the same fragility. Listen to Something Vague by Bright Eyes if you liked this.

  • Comment removed

  • exactly what i thought!!

  • @janisthegreat I'm a major Bright Eyes fan, this isn't Something Vague in my opinion

  • I can't BELIEVE this has only had 1840 Views. It's great. I love the first line the best. =D.

  • my fav song =)

  • wow.

this just lets you sit back and enjoy music for what it really is.

    :D

    wonderful.

  • ahhhh such a refreshing song

  • i love this
