i got to try this beer on Saturday and its a great mild. fairly low esters nice malt forward and pretty damn clean for a 1 week turn around. Great job Joe!
Sounds really nice. Have you messed with no sparging? It is supposed to produce a nicer malt profile for small beers as well. I haven't tried it yet, but was thinking about it.

Small grain bill 2 hour boil loads of hops 1 month in bottles and you got a full bodyed mild.

@rawimpact 4 days. The o.g. was only 1.043 so that's not too unusual. Impossible without kegging, of course.
