@UFCchoseME Yes, it is legal because it's just interior light. The price was maybe about $12, but if you can hook up by your self, you can buy at eBay with couple bucks, which I always do.

@TT01RCDrift man thats so sick! if i cant do it myself, where would i go to get them installed? and is there a button to turn them on and off or does it automatically stay on when engine is on?

@UFCchoseME I would recommend you to do it by yourself. You can take power from a fuse box, and use the manual to see which one stays on all the time or during headlights are on. Then connect the negative cable to ground which is any metal body parts of your car. Also, make sure to get 12V LEDs on eBay.
