i'm not gay either but i support gay rights as well. you cant really call yourself a libertarian if you dont support the rights of ALL individuals. i'm aware Bob Barr made some real stupid decisions when he was a republican (marriage act, voted for patriot act, voted for war and policing of iraq, etc.) however, he has also apologized and has spoken against much of those issues, and has been fighting to repeal the patriot act. i just hope that he's being sincere in his libertarian awakening.

I am a lifetime Republican. However, I can't see myself voting for McCain. I'm going to vote for Barr. He reminds me of Goldwater.

Agree, the Republican and Democratic parties no longer represent the people. We need the development of more alternative parties to better represent the people.

The Republican party has become the party of economic and social control. The neocons decided to grow government for more social control.

The Democratic party is the party of academic elitist who believe they know how to centrally plan better that people could choose for themselves.
