@moloned Hey, thanks for checking this out! Glad you enjoyed it. I'm actually influenced by a lot of different things, so I think to pinpoint it to one specific guitarist would be unfair. As for a tab, I wouldn't even know how to begin doing something like that lol.

I slowed down at a very young age due to marriage and family, but then at 33 I had to quit playing all together to raise my children on my own. I got a good wife now, and with a little support just picked me up a couple nice LP knockoffs. I'm gonna be watchin' your videos to get some of these licks down. Thanks!!!!

try not to run scales like you're doing... it sounds really organized... try using notes outside of the scales that blend well at certain spots. also try changing your tempo alot more...

I`m definitely going to study p on the Ionian modes now, I have vids up where I improvise lead stuff, but My melody isn`t as good, Really nice sweeping too.

You see what happens is, you have several different modes, ionian, dorian, phrygian, lydian, aeolian, and locrian (might have left out one, but you get the idea). after you get those modes down, you'll find that they work together, like if you're playing in the key of G, you'll use the ionian mode in G, but Dorian in A.
Awesome, Thank you very much! I learned the A pentatonic scale and the C major scale can usually be combined, and stuff like that, I will have to look up on those modes. thanks again
