I can confirm what previous poster said. I had a neighbor that worked at a funeral home and she begged and begged to see a body after it came from the morgue. She had nightmares for weeks. If you have a full autopsy, they do a "y" insision, go to Google set to images type in "y incision autopsy", major organs removed, later put in plastic bag, stuffed back in body cavity. Usually heart, liver sliced up, skull cut open, brain removed, ain't pretty.
