its not the end level its a bonus level you can even get to in the mission select and you get an achievment for beating it on veteran

Go onto mission select and then 'Epilogue'. Then a mission saying 'Mile High Club' should be there

i know a cool thing about the slow motion, if you enter the slow motion holding your pistol, you can switch to primary weapon. and i'm sure you'll find a good weapon to kill the bad guy with. hope i helped.
