There is an iPod 5G on the website which is an older iPod, but there is no iPod Touch 5G. This is where people are getting confused, iPod Touch firmwares are on the 2nd box down of the website and go up to 4G only.

@Ericp738 yes it does but if anything happens to your devices, all you have to do is restore it to factory settings before bringing it to apple. Once restored they cannot tell its been jailbroken so your fine.
